Hidden gem! Highly recommend. We were in for minutes before being seen by the nurse then a telehealth call with a doctor who was incredible. The doctor asked loads of questions and examined the hand rash on the computer screen before diagnosing the rash and a hopeful solution. Wonderful efficient service! Thank you SO much.

Staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable & professional.

Went yesterday with a suspected fracture in ankle. Nurses were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help. After x-rays and fitted with a boot, I'm on my way to recover. All done in around 2 hours.

Great service. I have been 3 times to the urgent care centre here as I'm quite accident prone! Each time I have been seen quickly, by lovely staff & problem sorted by skilled nurse practitioners. Would highly recommend for those problems listed on their website, and helps keep numbers down in ED.

We had our first experience at Barwon Health North today and everyone was wonderful! The process was clear and the care given was excellent. How lucky we are to have a streamlined health service in Geelong:)

They were all great and so helpful. Listen me and didnt do stitches but glue instead on my sliced finger.

Suspected a broken finger and yep was. Nurse's were great didn't have to wait long at all. Xray taken and confirmed. But in a back slab and I was truly taken care of. Awesome being open so late. Ment I could organise kids and yet still get seen too. An awesome service, great for not clogging up the major hospital in Geelong for injuries such as mine.

I found all staff here to be friendly, warm, respectful and efficient. Thank you so much; you're doing an amazing job

Very nice and neat hospital. I went there for getting my COVID test done and X-ray always. Everything went smooth and staff was quite courteous as well. Highly recommended!
P. S. I took an appointment prior to showing up for COVID test. They allow walk-ins as well however it will take more time than by taking appointment.

Drive-thru CoVID-19 testing. Was busy but the nurses worked efficiently to move people through. Was a cold day but they were there with a smile.

Reception staff were friendly and the sonographer Julie was an absolute gem! Extreamly pleasant experience.

Got a Covid test done here, the Doctors are very friendly and helpful.... Got the results expedited due to overseas travel and was pleasantly surprised to how prompt the response was.
