The young man on the reception has exceptional people skills. When I called he was extremely helpful and communicated in a generous and positive manner. On arriving his manner was no different and I watched him treat everyone with the same positive kind regard and know how. The doctor that I seen was a beautiful man and clearly very good at his job. I will return, thank you very much. Sorry I didn't take note of names but I will seek this doctor out again.

The office girls are so very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. They go over and beyond. My Doctor Vicki Mouzakis is an absolute darling.It is always a pleasure to go and see her.

A lovely practice with exceptional staff. Reception was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and clear with instructions. Doctor was an absolute pleasure to deal with, able to have a laugh! What a pleasurable experience for a doctors visit on a Sunday!!!

My usual Doctor was closed for the Xmas break & needing a Dr’s app, I booked with Dr Lucy Ham.
I was so impressed with Dr Ham’s professionalism & very thorough expertise.
I am also very grateful Dr Ham was so knowledgeable & thorough with my diagnosis.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The practice is easily accessible even with my disability. My doctor is excellent. She is supportive and proactive in helping me with my chronic health problems.

Have used Myer St Family Medical Practise for as long as it has existed. Always friendly doctors and usually get to see you doctor same day or next. Would totally recommend them for all your health needs. They even have there own dpartment for blood tests.5 stars given for there excellent service to me over many years.

I am a long term and regular patient at a GP practice, which is not open Saturday morning. I woke this morning (Saturday) and tested positive to Covid. Upon phoning the Myers Street Family Medical Practice I explained my situation. The response was sympathetic and ultra helpful. I had a telephone consult with a GP within the hour and obtained an anti-viral script. Superb service!

The nurses here are so beautiful. We have had years of immunisations done here. They’re always so gentle and friendly with the kids. The doctors are also great.

As a NZCitizen I needed to get a new script for myself. My experience with the Reception staff and Dr was amazing. My appointment time was kept to,the staff couldn't have made it any easier for me. If only our NZ system was this good!!Thank you.

Dr james webster is very good. He takes his time, dosnt rush you out. He is very kind, caring. Feel very comfortable when see him.

18 months ago we were seriously looking at leaving this Practice but they have certainly lifted their game a lot....from office management to medical care.
Our Doctor has always been excellent and the follow up is excellent.
They have now taken up Hotdoc and their booking management is really good.
I just wish they would use the MyHealth for my records site but they won't.

Myers St booking system HotDoc was very easy to use, it was good to see Dr Birrell, assisting when required. Parking easy.

I was lucky to get a last minute appointment with Christine Akillo and she was lovely. Very friendly and thorough and i was happy with her advice. The reception area was big and clean, the staff was lovely and the doctor was on time. All in all a good experience.

Dr. James Webster was very thorough and had a lovely manner. The receptionist’s were all very friendly. A very neat and welcoming family practice.

l was so comfortable with the dr l seen and as everyone wants to be checked medically not just a number l haven’t got a local dr as l never needed one as l moved her awhile ago but this is my new place thankyou pamela dart

Needed an unexpected Sunday appointment and called that morning. Emily at reception and Dr Tine (first name) were both lovely and with the pharmacy next door it all resolved quickly.

I have been a patient for nearly 20 years after moving from Melbourne. The staff have been always friendly and efficient.
