Mad Mex Waurn Ponds

I have always had great expereinces at Mad Mex in terms of service and food, and this store is no exception. Always have friendly service and great food. Atmosphere is always great with music and busy, but normaly can get a seat durign busy times. The staff always take time to provide quick service and ensure we get the selection we want. Highly recommend the Chipotle sauce on burritos. Keep up the great work team.

I often go there with my partner and we always receive the best customer service and quality food. We love their burritos and haven't tasted that authentic taste anywhere else. Good work guys, keep up😊👌

One of the tastiest mexican food I've ever had. We can get the fillings as per our choices. My favourites are quesadillas and the naked burrito.

fantastic place to grab a bite to eat when you dont feel like cooking, craving great food or are tired after a shift at work.

Customer service is amazing and shout out to Stella for doing a great job when she served me when i last went.

Loved the food as i could customize what was put in which meant i could opt to not have stuff i dont like in it.

And the atmosphere is just great, loved the wall art and everything!

Overall 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone wanting some great food!

Food here is amazing as usual, very filling, tasty and affordable, and there are multitudes of options available for purchase. Service is friendly and helpful, and every wall is covered in Mexican culture that gives you that kind of small slice of Mexican Life.

Omg My favourite place to eat in Warun ponds. Kristen and her team are amazing! Best customer service, food is always fresh and the music and atmosphere. Parking when it’s Holliday’s can be hard. But if you want great food, good service with a smile. This is the place to go!. Thanks Kristen and team. Will be back.

We ordered a grande melt and a naked burrito from Mad Mex. While they were tasty, they missed that extra touch to be truly delicious. Perhaps the beans didn't complement the other ingredients well. The grande melt was a bit hard, probably from baking to crisp. Mad Mex offers healthy options with a variety of ingredients and add-ons. The service took a bit of time to deliver the order, and unfortunately, they forgot the grande melt in the oven. They provided it only after we asked, having already finished our naked burrito.

Great burrito, fresh ingredients and super tasty sauce, perfect! I was really surprised with the superb client service given by young guys and gals working at the restaurant. Highly recommended.

THE BEST FOR VEGANS. Where do I even begin. Mad mex has been my favourite fast food joint for about 3 years now and I have been an AVID customer. Everybody is always so lovely there, the food is to die for and I just can't believe how fresh, flavoursome food can be so affordable! Who knew! I am vegan and having vegan options for fast food makes such a positive, inclusive impact on the community (the only thing I would say is maybe gluten free wraps for my gluten free friends?). I was recently served by Sabian who is currently training to be supervisor and boy I am so happy that is the case! What incredible customer service, upbeat and not to mention that vegan cheese is no longer extra!!! I feel so welcome at mad mex, thank you for changing my life.

Yo I love this place so much. The staff are ALWAYS so lovely and accomodating. They've been really helpful when I haven't been satisfied with my meal - even offering full refunds which is amazing. The food is always so delicious and while it's a bit expensive, it's definitely worth the price. The pineapple jarritos are so good!
