Best spot to stop on the way to Mt Buller from Melbourne. Food is great and customer service is excellent. And also has public toilets across the road.

Great traditional Takeaway with all the standard fare. Great value and friendly staff! Very good COVID practices in place. Make sure you drop in on the way through. The Burger with the lot and Roast Chicken Rolls were amazing.

Staff are amazing and lovely. You must try a burger or souvlaki absolutely amazing. Fish n chips are great also.

Best place for road trip pit stop. Food is always hot & ready. Burgers and Iced Coffee are a favorite. Service is quick and friendly!

First time I visited Yea, glad I visited this takeaway Best egg & bacon roll i've had in years!!!
On way back in the arvo through Yea sampled some scrumptious potato cakes, so good! Definitely stopping here again on my next trip in a few months.

Spacious, clean and cheeeful service too. Plenty of space outside and across the road to sit and relax too

Stopped in today for lunch.
Shop was really busy and the staff handled it extremely well.
Best schnitzel with the lot we have had anywhere.

Ask Peter for his special coffee milkshake. Absolutely to die for. Finished it on my way back to Melb and was sooo tempted to drive back for another!

I bought fried chicken and souvlaki at Yea take away. Chicken skin was little hard for my liking but taste wise, it was great. Souvlaki was excellent.

Impressive service when we stopped here for a quick bite to eat, food was cooked fresh and was not over or under done. Very friendly and brought the food out to us, as we were chatting outside! Great work there! It’s pretty good when the patrons at the other outside tables were all all saying how nice the service was. Well done guys!

Lamb souvalaki was absolutely delicious. Fantastic service. Everybody I travelled with raved about the food they ordered.

Just passing thru Yea running very late for tea and needed something to keep the wolf away so had a few potato cakes and steamed dim sims. Potato cakes were crisp and fresh & the dim sims were good. Just the thing to tide me over until tea which was still over an hour away. Man serving was cheerful and helpful. Looked to be a good takeaway.

Excellent assortment of fish & chips, etc.
Food was hot, fresh and delicious.
The chips were crispy and golden on the outside and simply cried to perfection!

I dropped in on my way to Mansfield for a quick bite to eat. I ordered chips and a spring roll. Both working perfectly. Spring roll was hot inside and crunchy on the outside. The chips were the same. Staff were very friendly, even though business was down due to COVID19. I will drop in again when passing through Yea.

These guys make a mean schnitty burger and their chips are on point.

A break from horrible Fish and Chips

You know how most fish and chip places serve their food greasy, thrown together, and overall bad?

You won’t get that here. The food served here is some of the best I’ve seen. Chips weren’t oily and were seasoned great, burger was put together with care, souvlaki was tasty and didn’t fall apart immediately. It was all great food.

Covid practices were pretty good, and this place is a must visit if you are passing through.
