Country Club Hotel

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The front of house staff were genuinely helpful and interested in our engagement of conversation. Compliments to the chef. We only came for lunch but the meals were of a very high standard, with a good vegetarian selection. The atmosphere was also very warm, made possible by the accommodating staff and pleasant surrounds both inside and out. Thank you.

This pub has changed hands recently and is fabulous. Great food. Good service only suffering from starting out and getting everything sorted out. Short but well priced wine list. Great beer garden and surrounds. Highly recommend this new look. Love it. And recommend checking out new year's eve here. Not sure if the accommodation is open though. Five stars and yes I am a real person! Not a robot!🤣

Everyone enjoyed their meal as we were lucky to get a table for 9 people for Sunday lunch. There was some confusion by waiting staff about the difference between vegetarian and vegan which we hope can be reflected in the menu as well and this was sorted out to our satisfaction. It was good to see gluten free was well catered for.
Happy to come again but best to book to avoid disappointment.

Went here with our motorcycle club. Ordered beef brisket which was not ready?? So instead they offered a steak sandwich as I’d already paid well I’m glad they gave me that as it was utterly delicious ; huge piece of tender steak cooked perfectly medium just as I like it. Tender juicy and delicious! The chips were chunky style and very nice too. Service took a while but I think we had 18 people for lunch so I guess that may have been why?? The food was very good. They have a nice beer garden too but we sat inside. Soft drink a bit pricey but I think drinks prices have gone up everywhere a lot?!!

The food is so good, a real surprise! Try the pork belly or the specials, the cucumber salad was a particular gem. Friendly staff and great beer on tap. Will be my Yea stop from now on!

Wonderful garden. Very good, friendly service and the seafood risotto we ordered the other night was excellent, as was the chicken salad I ordered for lunch today. It is a welcome addition to the small dining scene up here. Bravo!

A hidden gem in Yea! Stopped in for a very relaxing dinner under the vines. Attentive waiting staff, delicious meals which were delivered fast and the most sunny but shaded courtyard make this a perfect pub stop on route back from Bright. Check it out! ☺

Absolutely delicious food, with portions just the right size and a complimentary assortment of sides that matched the salmon and Turkey perfectly. The dessert of plum pudding and brownie was delicious and topped off the meal.

The country club has reopened. We were there on their first night. They did beautifully. Service very attentive, friendly and honest that they were still coming up to speed. All good.
Food was spot on. Well balanced menu (much better than as currently listed on this google site). Best we’ve had in a week gadding around this sort of the world.

Lovely place with good food and great service. Went with a group of 20 people and everyone was happy with their food and service which is a rarity. Has a few good vegetarian options too.

Stunning environment and friendly staff! Delicious food, I definitely suggest getting the cheesy garlic bread and the cherry sour beer by venom beer.

First time back since new owners took over, service was of a high standard drinks reasonably priced weather was great to sit outside did not have a meal but will be back to try it

What a great family friendly country pub. You can't go past the Country Club Hotel in Yea. We stopped for lunch and dined in their dog friendly outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and our food, the best. We will be back again for sure.

Shout out to the Country Club Hotel, especially James for his hospitality. After popping in after a long day on the road, checking out the region's history, wines and natural beauty it was a haven for weary bones, sore eyes and thirsty throats. Also check out the 'Gunslinger' from the Tooborac brewery on tap. Just what a thirsty soldier needed.

We chose the hotel for our annual pre Christmas catch up with our friend from Moama. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue. Friendly staff, lovely food and wonderful surroundings. Highly recommended.

Had dinner at the Country Club Hotel tonight, what a wonderful surprise, the food was outstanding, I had an Hawaiian Parmigiana my partner a Prawn Linguini, the service was excellent, the atmosphere great, the staff friendly, would highly recommend this pub and would even make the trek up from Melbourne just for a meal there
