Excellent, fair-priced hotel with spacious rooms, plenty of on-site parking, and in a prime location not far from the U3 Ubhan. The staff are great, and Dan at the front desk was very helpful in arranging my last-minute decision to extend my stay for a couple of days without any issues. Having been here several times, I think it's really convenient that it's so easily accessible from the motorway and so close to the center. The breakfast is also spot-on. All in all, a very well-run hotel

I had a great time at this hotel. It was for one night, I wasn’t at room for the whole day. My things were safe, I slept very good in clean and refreshed sheets, had a warm GREAT breakfast, few very quality lattes, the staff was very friendly so I will come again this week.

PS. I saw negative reviews, and I experienced few things that could be uncomfortable, but with smile and warmth everything cam up great. So, be happy to have this option for slepover in Vienna for THIS PRICE 🌼

Very cool hotel, clean room, and a great price for it. Check in and check out was fast. The only small problem is the isolation of the hotel, you can hear everything happening, when a neighbour closes the door for example, but only a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Great hotel in Wien. You can easily go to city center by metro from Gasometer metro station. Rooms are clean and new. Shower works well. There is a garden in the middle of the hotel to smoke or drink. A good market near the hotel. I prefer here. Thanks to all workers.

The room was quiet and clean. It was very spacious. Easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast had a variety of choices. Overall great place to stay at.

Staff speaks fluent english and is helpful.
My room was basic, but neat and tidy. Equipped with all the necessary stuff such as soap and towels. The only drawback was that power outlets were nowhere near the bed.
Breakfasts are simple but tasty. Nothing to complain about.
Billa market is right next to the hotel which is very convenient.

An average hotel of Ibis Budget chain. Very good breakfasts with selection of bakers goods. Rooms are pretty standard format. Neat location near Erberg -Bahn station (U4) - Vienna International Bus Station &Metro, A23/A4 motorway interchanges and Gasometer metro station (U4 line). It was generally very quiet in rooms, which allowed to rest us well at night. The temperature was alright, we didn't need to turn on AC even.
Main drawback was lack of soap in the bathroom part - we needed to ask the cleaning staff for refill of the shower gel that ended very quickly once we started using it (very little was remaining). Same issue as in Cracow's Ibis Budget Old Town i.e. there's lack of hangers near the shower and bathroom sink.

Affordable, clean hotel. All you need for less.

Minimalistic but functional.
Very clean, air conditioner, mostly quiet rooms, sufficient breakfast buffet, and easy check-in / check-out

I went to this Hotel during my trip to Wien with my girlfriend and everything was really good!
Friendly staff, good location, near from public transports.
The receptionist was really attentive giving us tips of activities across the city, recommended us a few restaurants (really good, btw).
The room was very clean and everything looked organized.

For sure I'll take in consideration to stay there for the next trip to Wien.

It was very clean, the staff is polite, the neighbourhood is quiet and the hotel is very near the metro/bus station. A restaurant and a café are both very near by. The staff lets you leave your luggage at the reception on your check out day. The reception works 24/7, the cleaning staff is nice. 10/10 would recommend...

Very cheap, good breakfast, good service. Change towels daily, sheets - every third night. Car park for 11 euro for 24h. Close to two Ubahns. Can't leave baggage after checkout but busstation is nearby and large locker is 1 euro per hour. Has free WiFi with good coverage. Has a Billa on the side which is convenient.

We are coming to Ibis Budget, former Etap Hotel from more than 15 years ago. It is a safe, clean and friendly hotel in a very good location if you come from the East. This time we had a bad surprise due to the underground parking. It was a change of policy. Until our last stay, the welcome free of charge parking changed from 2 hour to 30 minutes, and one day parking stay is now 14 euros. Nobody told us about this change, even a short note is on the parking pay machine. Reception staff should advise the new comer about the fact it is only 30 min free parking now...

A good choice for a good hotel with affordable costs.

Very good hotel for very good price almost in center of Wienna. They have good customer service and they care about every customer. I was really excited how rooms looks like for this price. Rooms are very clean with very nice led lighting also equiped with towels, washing soap and television. I was really satisfied with this hotel.
