I was purchasing an aquarium and all the misc for it. Amazing guys, helped with all questions and issues. Nobody pushed to buy unnecessary items. I see the passion what I don't see in other stores. Highly recommend

This is my always happy place. All my problems just vanished being in this place. I literally go in with no intention to buy anything, and come out with more than 100 euros worth of toys and food for my cat. Well, who cares as long as I'm happy coming here over and over again.

Very, very, very big zoo hobby market. You may find here... everything. From ants colony and strategic games for...dogs, to... new-born rats in refrigerator. For snakes of course. And very, very, very professional staff. Thank you for help with the light for crested gecko. I'm impressed. Really.

Seemingly bigger on the inside. Large aquarium section. Great supply for most of your terrarium needs. Don't expect much of a zoo.

It is just one of the best places to buy things for your pet... 2 stores of variety of different things for all kinds of taste. Friendly and helpful staff and prefect organization of products offered. We were able to find everything we were looking for for our dog in only a couple of minutes... Just perfect! I believe each pet owner should try that place. Definitely better then most of the other shops in Vienna for pet lovers!

I was a bit sceptical first, because the prices are a bit high compared to other pet stores but when I asked for help because my aquarium had a problem,the fish were dying and I had cyano outbreaks, one very competent saleswoman called Jessica gave me advice and some special products while taking her time and explaning everything I needed to know. Everything worked out just like she told me it would, so i'm really impressed. It's also a great thing that a lot of the salespeople are speaking english! 10/10 would recommend Köllezoo

My family and I went here today to purchase a hamster. We had done some research, but still had lots of questions. The young man who helped us (AK) was extremely friendly and helpful. He had a very clear understanding of the animals and helped us select one that would be good for our young children. He advised us on all of the associated accessories - which were the healthiest options, which posed a health threat to the animal, and which were simply a waste of money. I would definitely recommend this store to others!

I came there wanting answers about buying a Fish tank in the near future. A Jung man came and answered all my questions and took his time to show me which tank and supplies that i would need. He also asked me how much space is available for the fish tank. I told him, then he pointed out which Fish to buy and live algae. When I left, I did receive all the information that I needed. I was impressed and definitely will return.

I have always received exceptional service. We have an aquarium and terrarium. With both purchases they took time to answer all our questions. I'm often in there asking about our geckos ( we have had them only for 4 months now) and always receive great feedback and advice.
