Loved that I could communicate via WhatsApp in English! She was able to accommodate my husbands request to do a very “light” dry of his pants/shirts. He prefers to air dry them. Reasonably priced and they can pick up and drop off at your hotel if you request! Would use her services again !

Great service, pick up was easily communicated through WhatsApp. Laundry was folded and smelled fresh. Stayed at hyatt and had to walk to main road since hotel does not allow for motor bikes to come into the hotel even for laundry pick up and drop off. Overall great service and I will definitely use again.

Happy Customers - we are at Hyatt Regency, contacted T&T by text. They came and picked up our clothes, wash, dried, folded and sorted into clothing types. Returned to us next day. Nothing missing and was handled with care.

What an experience! When I inquired to have them pick up our laundry at our resort they arrived ten minutes later. I was informed so seamlessly over WhatsApp that drop off would be 5:30. At 5:24 they gave me a five minute warning and there they were right at 5:30 with our laundry just perfectly folded and packed in a double layer bag. All for a very reasonable price. I could not possibly even think of how they could make this experience any better. Thank you!

My husband and I visited from out of town and used T&T twice during our 4-day visit. We were so impressed by their service and reliability. They charge by weight (20k per kg) which is far more affordable than what any hotel’s laundry service would’ve charged. Each time, the laundry was washed, dried, folded, neatly packed in a bag, and ready for pick-up at the timeframe they promised. Highly recommend this place!

all cleaned perfectly! they picked up at 8:30am and delivered it back around 5pm. i sent a whatsapp message and called me back and talked in English. she was kind and well enough to talk in English. will ask here again later if i have a chance. recommend!

Amazing, so much cheaper than hotel cleaning service. Same day service, lovely owner. There is a dog that barks a bit but harmless.

Very helpful service, dropped off washing to them and paid a little extra for colours and darks to be washed separately and ask for delivery back to our hotel (10mins drive).

This place is awesome. Actually we were impressed by their kindness and intensionally put our all wet clothes, paid normal price. However, they gave us this note with some money back.
