Staff are professional and friendly.

Honeymoon cake is cute and yummy.
Buffet breakfast has many options and delicious.

I had a great experience at An restaurant thanks to Hong Duyen's supports. Me and my wife didn't exactly know how we can really enjoy Vietnam food. But thanks to her explanation and arrangement (?) of the food, we could really enjoy it and we will visit the restaurant once again. 1st food in Vietnam it was, and it was genuinely awesome.

Located far from city, town. Resort supplied full services from meals to entertainments. You can visit Vin Wonder free before check-in time, and after check out, you can revisit
Staffs always smile and say hello us everywhere, everytime.
Pool is very nice, large and separated into many zone with different depth. My children could play in safety. They are very excited and happy.
Beach is beautiful, and football ground is great. Next time, I will get my ball to play with my friend and my children.

I spent a month here for work. Great service! Super friendly staff. Rooms are really clean and great variety of food every day at the buffet. Nice pool area. In half an hour you can get to Hoi An.

Properly one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to. I was impressed by the dinner and breakfast buffet. On what buffet does they have beef wellington and sashimi??? The staff here also super supportive. They come and check on us every time we need. There is nothing I can complain about this resort. Thank you Ngan Ha - the receptionist for helping us so much

A little bit far from Hoi An Ancient Town so we have to go back and forth by taxi. But the view from hotel and services paid off for that. Super worth it and highly recommend for a relaxing trip

This is an amazing luxurious place to stay for the view, exceptional service from all the staff and especially a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food and buffet offerings is sensational and has something for everyone. My family appreciates the service and attention from all the staff and for making our trip a memorable one and will no doubt be back in no time.

Stayed here for several times and Excellent services all round as always. Great spa, with awesome massage and good facilities. Good variety for breakfast lunch and dinner, I love the Pho so much

I had the pleasure of staying at the luxury resort recently, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The staff at this resort truly sets it apart.

The concierge team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect, from arranging transportation to recommending local activities.

The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was the restaurant staff who catered to my culinary preferences or the housekeeping team who kept my room in pristine condition, everyone went out of their way to make me feel like a valued guest.

I had a great time while staying at the resort. my family enjoy this trip very much. hope that i can return in the near future.
But the second floor of 3 bedroom villa is a little bit hot during day time. If the resort can resolve it, customer will be much more satisfied

Its a beautiful place. My family had enjoyed pretty much all the time. Through the whole places very cleaned, everyone were kind & friendly . Thank you Vinpearl team's!

Very good service with a perfect beach. Service was excellent. The only bad thing about this hotel is that it is too far away from literally anything. Tours booked via local agents will charge you heavy surcharges just to pick u up from hotel. Even a simple transport out could cost u 200k vnd one way.

Basically, the service from all staff is very good.
However, it was disappointing that there seemed to be no consistency between the Vinpearl official site and the resort.
Still, I would like to thank the staff for kindly resolving the issue.
I still trust Vinpearl and will visit Vinpearl again next time I travel to Vietnam.

As I was finishing a wonderful breakfast,( completed of course), I was approached by QUYNH CHÂU (The Beautiful Hoatess)for these questionnaires about my stays at the VinPearl NamHoiAn Resort… I don’t remember how many days I had been at this Resort,( Time is irrelevant when one is enjoying him or herself)… … and since I have no time for thế Retrospect of my Stays, I can now only realize on my Intuition…. And I believe, my feeling,as of now, is beyond “JOYS” SATISFACTION”….Excellent , everything is included…. Ten thumbs up for the Resort…❤🍷🍷🍷🍷🌹🌹🌹
