Excellent service. Got two pairs of Birkenstocks made (sandals and clogs), both finished the next day afternoon (one on a Sunday). Service was fantastic, quality looks very good, they're comfortable but I have only just got them so will edit my review if they don't hold up (but they look solid).

We found cute shoes and they were ready the next day :) they fit perfectly and they were able to customize to our explicit wishes! 600k đ for one pair of sandals is a reasonable price too!

We came across this store during our 5 day trip in Hoi An, the owner V is very friendly and can make incredible shoes in a very short amount of time! She has a huge selection of shoes, bags and belts to choose from. Once you have chosen your style of shoe and the materials, she takes your measurements and in our case the next day the shoes were ready to go! They fit very well and I can't wait to give the shoes a test run once it stops raining in Hoi an. I can highly recommend this store!
