Erina Cruise

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Erina Cruise and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the cruise, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Lucas, the staff members who assisted me throughout my stay, was absolute gem. His and team attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my experience unforgettable.

The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious, with every amenity imaginable. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every evening.

The hotel's services were equally impressive.Furthermore, the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. From the delectable breakfast spread to the exquisite dinner menu, every meal was a culinary delight. The attention to flavor and presentation was evident in every dish, leaving me eager to return for more.

Overall, my experience at Erina Cruise was nothing short of exceptional. Lucas and his team, along with the rest of the staff, truly made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking for a Awesome and memorable experience.

Everything was really good. Better than expected, specially after reading some bad reviews. The crew is very welcoming specially Lucas. The food is good, the boat is very clean and the rooms are amazing with good views, comfy beds and good amenities.

Only bad thing is that at night there's not a lot of entertainment but it depends what you want, for us was perfect because we were just drinking talking and laying at the rooftop of the boat and having fun like this.

We were skeptical about paying this much for the cruise, but tbh it's worth every penny. And there's other more expensive options out there that I'm pretty sure they don't offer something better because Erina was really good.

Beautiful cruise along Halong bay - there are a lot of cruises to choose from and we booked with Erina directly and really had the best service and customized menu considering we were vegetarians - loved every bit of our stay here

We had a very good experience with this 2D1N cruise. The facilities on the boat are very good. It was clean. Very good food, with a big variety. The staff is friendly. We recommend it.
We follow the program shared on the official website of the Erina Cruise. We had a transfer to Hanoi from the harbor with a very comfortable bus and an excellent driver.

We had a delightful one-night cruise experience with Erina. The culinary offerings included two lunches, a dinner, and a breakfast, each dish being absolutely delicious. The staff members were exceptionally courteous, with Anna being notably attentive during our first day's lunch and throughout our stay. She provided outstanding service. The entire journey, from pick-up to the cruise and finally to drop-off, was flawlessly coordinated and smooth.

We had a lovely experience on the boat. We were looked after with such care. Especially Anna , was tremendously attentive, friendly and very professional. She is a real asset as a member of the staff. If you do visit Vietnam, Ha Long Bay is a must see and I would highly recommend Erina boat.

Shout out Hong (Mew) for her exceptional service. She treated my mom with so much respect and care. Even gave her a complimentary dragon fruit to bring home. Will never forget her and this cruise experience.

So.. after looking at the reviews here i was a bit worried bcos there are a lot of indian fake reviews but honestly i was very very well surprised how good the cruise was.

We went on two days one night cruise and we could definitely use one more day if we could.

Activities on the boat (kayaking and bamboo boat) were not as fun as we though, but not a lot of ppl tried them anyway as they stayed on the ship just to relax. Otherwise everything was perfect, starting from the food, all the way the cabins looked 🚀

Staff is really nice and they try to help you with everything you might need. The price for a can of beer is 69/89k dong which is quite a lot, but still decent. Wine bottle is around 990k, cocktails around 300k. You pay the bill when you check out (credit card possible).

There is a karaoke in the restaurant after dinner and good music on the top deck. Too bad that the party was dead before midnight but activities the next day start really early so ppl probably didn't want to get too drunk.

Overall we were really satisfied and the whole price/value ratiom was definitely worth it. 👏

From the time they picked us up from the hotel to dropping us off, you can feel the genuine desire from every single staff of Erina Cruise to want to give their best service to you. They do try their best and they did not disappoint.
The young guy who came with the bus to pick us up and drop us off, such a bright energetic and friendly guy. Bus driver drives very slow hahaha which means VERY SAFE! Lol we didn't mind as we weren't late for the cruise or anything. Was just wondering why the bus was so slow while other cars, buses, trucks passed us by at crazy speed 😆😆.
Had good fun kayaking and enjoying the bay and water upclose. Visiting the caves was great too on boat rowed by locals.
Food served on board was nice. Buffet dinner, breakfast and lunch have great variety of food.
Cabin is nice, clean and spacious. We had our private balcony and bath tub 👍🏻.
TV only had Vietnamese speaking channels but that's alright. Wifi wasn't working for most of the cruise but that's understandable due to the location in the bay area.
Staff are super friendly and funny .. I wish they could speak better English so I could chat to them more.
Cruise boat's interior are mostly wooden, so some people might appreciate that. There are other newer bigger more modern boats cruising the bay but I can't fault Erina Cruise. You'll most certainly get your money's worth and more. You won't be disappointed with Erina Cruise.

As there are so many cruises in Ha Long Bay we compared a lot of cruises upfront. But to make it short we can only recommend Erina Cruise. The rooms are super clean, have a great view through big windows and have a small balcony. But what made the stay exceptional was the staff. Kim and Lee helped with all our questions including transport to the next destination. And Lucas remembered all our food preferences and made sure all meals were served perfectly.

Cruise was good, priced well and we had a great time here. Kim was very attentive and nice.

Our trip on the Erina cruise was one of the best. The staff was very kind, especially sophie at the restaurant who took care of all our needs and kim. Would love to visit again.

The cruise was brilliant. Kim and Serena were amazing and both really looked after us - we are so grateful. They are very kind and helpful! The food was brilliant for vegetarians.

Nice cruise with good facilities..
They provide pick up and drop service from Hanoi and Ninh Bình

Serina, our butler was the best!! Amazing service.. She with the Chef fed us with some amazing Veg Vietnamese (mixed with Indian) food.

The rest of the staff were also very helpful.
