Bai Chay Beach

Beautiful beach. It was really empty when we were there. There are restaurants, ice cream, showers. We were confused first because we came to point where it should be according to google maps. But it wasn’t possible to swim there and nobody was there. The beach is further to the light house. We also tried to get there through some resort but the road was closed and restricted.

This place is the most beautiful thing, i have seen after being most the countries in asia. The night life on weekends at the beach is something incredible . Even thou, i was solo on the beach i felt safe there. Safe enough to keep my belongings and go deep inside for swimming.

Awesome artificial beach. They have facilities for you to shower and change clothes. No fee involved. Swimming floats are about 50k VND, each beach chair costs around 40k VND. Warm sea water with gorgeous scenery.

Pleasant place. Sun Wheel and roller coster of Dragon park are clearly visible from beach.
Wide Road for driving.
Wide footpath, plenty of parking for car and motorbike.
Few Restaurants along side of beach, but provide little options for food.

We have been going here for years and love it for its authenticity and choice. Sometimes the best fruit can be found in the small shops around the actual market
