Absolutely perfect. The best I had in Vietnam. Couldn't expect better. Waited 5 minutes for the food. Fresh seafood, fine waiter and very low price for 3 people

Very very good restaurant that you must come and eat. Amazing seafood: fresh, diverse and delicious.
The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The serving speed is impressive because most of the food were on the table after 10mins ordering.
The location is convenient because after having meal here you can walk around for dessert, coffee and milk tea...

Absolutely must try if you are ever in Ha Long, Quang Ninh, Vietnam. Fresh seafood cooked beautifully, and I was even surprised by the hotpot with crab paste.
It is always full with guests so try to come as early as they open to secure your seats.

Price was reasonable and those that ate seafood seemed to enjoy it immensely. The crab was $65 and total meal was only $130, no one went home hungry. Make sure to eat on level 4 and not 1 so you enjoy some of the views of Ha Long Bay

Food was amazing. Fresh selection of live seafood ranging from crabs with packed with roe, to fresh dragon tiger grouper. Bill came up to about 3 million Viet Dong, and is appropriately priced. Will revisit if we ever visit Ha Long Bay again.

Great seafood overall but highly recommend you come with someone who can speak Vietnamese. It looks challenging to order otherwise. We did see a cockroach scurrying across the floor after our meal though (seated in the basement)

one of the restaurants not to be missed when you come to Ha Long Bay. delicious and fresh food. Service staff is very fast and enthusiastic. There are many other branches but I think with the location of this restaurant this is very suitable for everyone.

Hong Hanh 3, in my opinion is the best of their branch. The waitress that day was so good at suggesting dishes for us to order.
All of the food was so delicious.

Best place to eat in Ha Long. Seafood is fresh and the price is reasonable. The portion is huge comparing to other restaurant. The taste is amazing, and the food comes very fast. Highly recommend for anyone staying nearby

Excellent food and staff vibes at Hồng Hạnh. It lives up to the hype serving beautiful food and friendly smiling service. We sat right away and enjoyed the steamed lemongrass prawns, and their trademark nem. It got us started for a full day journey exploring around ha long.

Excellent sea food. Price is very decent for the quality, you don’t have to worry about getting tricked as some other local restaurants.
Highly recommend for foreigners.

Great atmosphere withlocals and traditional Vietnamese food. By western standards food was extremely inexpensive. Would recommend a go to place for quality seafood and great service when in HaLong Bay.

Everything is nice here! Foods are surely fresh ones. Waiter/waitress were very nice and accomodating. Ambiance is good but the best thing is, it is surprisingly Cheap! Will be back for sure. 😉

One of the best local seafoods I have had for this trip. Everything is excellent and the view from here is also great. Will come back for sure!

Best Vietnamese sea food Restaurant.

We had 2 dinners and 1 lunch at tge restaurant. Fast services, very reasobably priced food. Staff were very attentive. Every dishes were tasty and fresh.
