Vinpearl Resort & Spa Hạ Long

Secluded location that is very unique in the area. The decor and style might not be for everyone, as it can seem a bit tacky and over the top. However this is what the locals seem to like. Overall the property is well kept but rooms started to show some signs of aging. For a locally managed chain, we found the staff was very nice, well trained and attentive. The managers were also present and helpful when we were there. Overall a good stay and we wouldn’t mind coming back.

We had a family trip to Vinpearl Hạ Long with the elderly and kids, all of us were very satisfied with everything. The service was excellent and professional, staff were friendly and helpful, food was great. My kids enjoyed swimming in both outdoor and indoor swimming pools on sunny winter days. My mom (60s) and auntie (80s) were happy with the New Year gala dinner, firework as well as all the staff and service from A to Z. The hotel expat Manager was professional in a very friendly way, which made my spouse highly appreciated.
Thanks all the staff for your warm welcome and service. We highly recommend the hotel for any vacation.

Retrospectively reviewing this because it was such a good stay in comparison to other hotels we booked in Vietnam and Thailand. Breakfast buffet was seriously delicious and we are really picky about food. It ruined the other breakfast buffets we had since we left in other hotels. AC works (thank god) but needed to call and ask them to turn on for us for some reason. Massage was only okay. Steam room and sauna were amazing. Tennis court was horrible, it is not made with the same materials you’d expect as it was soooo slippery it would’ve been dangerous to sprint to play competitively and the ball bounced so high from what’s expected (as avid tennis players). Also it cost money to use which I’m not accustomed to from a resort, but great service and racquets and balls.

Great variety of food at buffet restaurants, and the Pavilion restaurant was not advertised much which was disappointing because it is a beautiful restaurant right on the water with a medium sized seafood menu. excellent service at the Pavilion (we came during winter when it is not busy so we had much more attention). The signature cocktails are delicious and unique. The spa provided an amazing 60 minute facial leaving my skin smooth and clean and my body relaxed and refreshed. Overall a great experience on a beautiful island with amazing views of lush islands across the water.

Nice place to visit with your fam. The breakfast buffet is delicious with various options of Viet and mixed of other countries.(Korean, Chinese, and Western).Air conditioner may not be adjusted as you wish and it depending on the season you visit. Overall , it’s worth to stay! We would come back again if visit Ha Long.

There is no words that could truly express this beautiful resort, luxurious, amazing, peaceful, all come to mind but to be honest they really don't capture this resort. The staff truly make this resort what it is. With their gracious smiles, attention to the smallest detail, and willingness to help you in any way they can, makes your time at the Vinpearl in Ha Long bay a very memorable one. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable.

Luang and Trang Van and from the restaurants were very sweet and helpful. She catered to all our needs and made good recommendations on the buffet choices for lunch.

Everyone at the registration desk between the island and the mainland also gave us impeccable service. Everyone works so hard to make sure everything is right. You don’t get that quality of service in the US.

The resort grounds are very beautiful and well manicured. We arrived on a very drizzly and gloomy day but woke up to a brighter sunny morning.

We are looking forward to trying out other VinPearl properties in Vietnam.

Vinpearl is a gem of a place! Great service and the breakfast was amazing too. Good vegetarian options, they also have an Indian chef and Indian menu.

A really beautiful hotel on an island in Ha Long Bay. Staff is kind and caring. Breakfast is very good. Pool bar is fun. Heated pool indoors is good. Worth eating meals in the hotel itself- not very expensive.

Vinpearl is a beautiful resort. Everything about the resort exudes luxury. It’s great value for money. The rooms are spacious, service is great, and location on a island.
We had a great time with our family.
Food— not too many option for vegetarians though. Pizza and pasta and Italian options are there in one of the restaurants Akohya.

We came across this hotel by chance and went for lunch. The reception and staff were absolutely lovely from the beginning. We were welcomed warmly and treated with the utmost respect whilst we were in their resort. We were given a guided tour and then dinned in the A la Carte restaurant. The food was delicious the wine excellent and again we were made to feel really special with the attentive staff. Thank you for making our trip a very memorable one and we look forward to returning with our family. Special thanks to Chang for looking after us and making sure our time there was special.

This is really a great hotel the rooms are clean, breakfast dinner and lunch is great they even have a clean play area for the kids the ride to the island is on time I will definitely return next time and tell me friends the staff are really nice and welcoming this is truly a 5 star motel

This hotel is its own private island! The staff are so nice and the grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately it was raining most of our stay, otherwise we would have taken advantage of the tennis court and private beach!

Booked as part of an event being hosted by the hotel. We spent two nights at the VinPearl and it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The welcome in the mainland lobby was wonderful and the staff accommodated us by making our room available for us sooner than expected. The hotel is decorated beautifully, and the ferry transfer to the island is seamless. The staff are kind too. Bed and bathroom amenities were great, including the robes, slippers and beach flip flops. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the beach. The hotel offers a great spa service for extra cost however it is well worth it. The breakfast was great and provided a wide variety of foods to choose from. The pool and private beach were the highlights of the stay. It was absolutely unreal and serene. A true paradise. I hope to be back very soon.

Delicious breakfast. We had Buffet menus one night and it was served at the table. The quantity and quality of the Buffet was very good. Much cheaper than other countries.
Kids club is very clean good.

Hien trinh và binh was a great experience, lovely 30 mins - went for a head, shoulder and back massage and they gave me an extra arm massage (and popped a few of my pimples for me haha)! :-)

We stayed at Vinpearl HaLomg bay for 3 nights, the staff are all great, friendly and very helpful. We love the hotel quality, room is superb, comfortable and clen. Breakfast and reataurants have delivious food. Highly recommend this place
