Easy to book boats to get 3-hour or 5-hour boat rides to different caves, Dau Go, Thien Cum and Sung Sot caves. Just be aware that the operators try to push the personal boat ride to you. It's better going in groups. We met some great people in the boat ride. Passed our time really nicely.

Quite an interesting stop during the cruise in Ha Long Bay, it allows a visit INTO one of the rock formations that decorate the scenery. It gives a deeper understanding and insight into the nature of the rocks and the Karst process. Highly recommend.
Mind you, one has to climb a couple flights of stairs up to the opening of the cave, and then all the way down, at the other end.

Took the boat ride to the cave. Great views, did get wet because of the rain. Still had a great time.

I liked it. Although it can seem to be a bit desolate esp because of the abandoned buildings, but we loved it since we came back from a 3 day cruise and were not ready to enter the hustle & bustle of Hanoi. We stayed in the Paradise Suites Halong and it was quite a nice experience :)

The harbour is designed with european style where standing a lot of european style buildinh surrounding, the vibes reminds me at Rotterdam instead of Vietnam.

Was here to get experience on luxury cruise to explore the dolomites islands in Halong Bay..

harbors passenger ferries to cat ba island and some islets on halong bay and pre-booked cruises park here as well (ranging from a 2-3h trip to an overnight cruise)

We stop here to have the boat to the cave. Very beautiful sorrounding. Staffs were kind!

I visited here in November 2022, lower season, it’s perfect for me to enjoy Ha Long bay view! Tuan Chau harbour looks better than 2009.

Great place to visit and take a boat cruise of 8 hours. Visiting caves and kayaking. On the boat we got a nice lunch, included in the ticket price.

Looks like this place is exempted from waves. Thus place is so calm and relaxing.

I would definitely refer this place to all tourist.
