Grandvrio Ocean Resort Danang

Everyone is too kind and provides the best service. We had a wheelchair, but there was no problematic to move with a sedative care. In particular, thanks to the kindness of Japanese officials and Miss Ann. If I have a chance, I want to visit again.

Rooms are kibd of old fashioned , but have no problem spending time inside your room.

You can do Traditional vietnamese dress free rental on the second floor.

Breakfast it's provided in three styles, Japanese continental and bikura

Also, you can enjoy the private beach in front of the resort and There is literally almost no local people hanging around.

It was a cool experience, And if I had more time in vietnam, I would love to stay more days!

This is a great resort for staying at the beach near Da Nang. Sadly, it was raining nearly non-stop when I spent two nights there over the past weekend due to a tropical storm front. So the beach was closed and outdoor activities in the surrounding area where not possible. But, I still had a very comfortable stay. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet in the large Asian restaurant (there are three different restaurants on the property) was simply amazing in its wide-ranging selection of foods (Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Western) and the quality of what was being offered. For the other meals, the food and beverage prices are quite reasonable and an impressive wine list was also available. I had a balcony room that was very roomy and comfortable. The bed and pillows were just soft enough for me and the bath tub was great too. There was a Japanese bath as part of the spa that offered a sauna and a small cold pool as well as a much larger hot pool. The landscaping of the property was very nicely done, with lots of bamboo in use. A handy feature was that two washing machines and two dryers are available to use for a small fee. That was very convenient for me since I am traveling in Vietnam for a month and also much less expensive than sending items to an outside laundry service. Overall, this resort offers a very reasonable stay on the beach, compared to the other properties along that part of the coast. It is definitely a good value for a high-end stay!

Excellent service
It's the first time to visit Danang with my family, and it was perfect choice to select this resort.

I used 1 bed pool villa room and we got 2 times per day for the house keeping service.

Spa was good.

But, the coffee section needs improvement in the breakfast time.
Also, restaurant should have some music inside. There is not much guest, some times we are alone, but very silence with no music.

The service and cleanliness here are top notch. Staff here provides excellent service, from the time we arrived we've been treated with so much hospitality & warmth, they make sure their guest feels welcomed.

Grounds and room were very clean & well maintained. We loved that there's a big emphasis on staff training & ensuring a clean environment.

Special thanks to Thao, and huge shout out to Ann (Anh), Tin (concierge) & Hoang (lifeguard), for taking such great care of us, you guys were amazing! Also their manager Toyo-san who can be seen working tirelessly to ensure that all the guest are well accommodated. We look forward to coming back to this lovely place.

Just in time for the resort to reopen. The vacation was perfect. The beach was beautiful and quiet. Especially the resort staff were very friendly and great. I recommend this resort to anyone who wants to go on vacation. I want to stay there again. I give five Stars.

Good place to stay with family. Various pools, beach and private pool for pool villages. And reasonable price!

We came to the resort today, and it is beautiful, with amazing beach front. But the staff really stood out, truly outstanding service!

The attention to detail, from luxury bath products to caring staff, cannot be beat. This is the first time I’ve ever been checked in/out while seated on a couch - which was an especially nice touch.

We stayed in a one room villa with private pool, and it was absolutely glorious. Steps from the main pool and beach, we always felt like we had quiet and privacy. Our booking included a spa service for each of us, every day, which was lovely. It’s definitely worth it to book the spa service in advance, as the spa can get quite busy at times.

Despite fierce competition, this was our favorite hotel in Vietnam.

The personnel here is the best, always willing to help with a smile on their face.

The rooms are spacious and clean.

The beach is clean and has nice places to relax and play in the sun or the shade.

The pool for kids has several different depths and always someone watching.

The kids club and playground is great for small children and has several scheduled activities.

The food options are somewhat limited at least for our taste.

Situated between Danang and Hoi An there is not much close by, but taxis are cheap and always available.

What really needs improving is the internet access, not good enough for a modern resort.

Awesome place!! Very polite, efficient and respectful staff! The beach and access is super. I absolutely loved the soft sand beach so good. We also got very good deals on room rates and spa rates. A full fledged spa with good masseuses! A must stay place because it is centrally located to Danang and Heritage town Hoi An !!

All staffs are very helpful and nice. Good service! Resort environment is chill and I really enjoy my holiday there. The room is clean and comfortable, except the pillows and bed need harder. Can’t sleep well.

This is a fantastic resort for families. They really take care of their guests. They have a western breakfast and a few western meals at lunch and dinner. Many activities for the kids. My favorite activity was relaxing in a hammock all day. During our stay the ocean was to rough to take out water crafts (Sea-Doo). The resort is a little ways from town so you don't have the hustle and bustle of the city outside your room. Very relaxing.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Room's clean an like 3 to 4 times a day checked by hk. No complains, high standard. Nice beach with only few ppl around, no noise but the sound of the ocean. If you aim for relaxing, its a hit.
Thumbs up for breakfast buffet, too.

Having corporate event in this hotel which doesn't have such functions at the beginning but flexi enough to arrange and accommodate our request. Staff very attentive, friendly and polite, they greeted at you every you go. Out of sudden we change our mind from moving ourselves to beach side meeting. The staff acted immediately to move all our stuff from meeting room and set up so quickly at the beach side at our convenience to comfortably having the discussion with such a beautiful sea side view. We are totally amazed with their service.
Rooms to improve, infrastructures in the room and can improve better with USB charge port available and better sound proof improvement. I was waking up several time because the chair moving noise and kids crying next door.

Overall experience is still great and will get my recommendation to friends.

Wonderful resort for a relaxing holiday.
Food and facilities are amazing. Staff is super nice.

Special mention to Hai and Ngah, who take care of all the workout activities and yoga. They are pure pros and extremely dedicated. They will make sure you get the best out of every class! If you are lucky to be the only person attending the class, they will still approach the class with maximum professionalism, and turn it into a personal training lesson!

My family and I stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is really polite and always willing to help.
The private beach was so wonderful ! Super Smooth white sand beach, and the ocean water is so clear and warm! For a resort the beach is the most important to us and it definitely made our trip.
We also took advantage of the free shuttle to da nang city center in the evening to enjoy the night light on the river cruise.
On the second day the resort arranged a round trip taxi ride to Bana hills and back to resort that is even cheaper than using Grab.
Overall we love here, It’s not a super luxurious resort but the combination of reasonable price and the great hospitality made it a great choice!

But, the tile floor may be slippery when feet are wet from the pool.

We ended up loving our time at Grandvrio so much that we decided to book it again a week later. The level of service, attention to detail, and care provided is of the highest we have ever experienced.

From the moment we checked in to when we left on the free shuttle service, the friendly welcome does not go unnoticed. We received a complimentary welcome and departure drink ranging from mango drinks, coconuts, beer, and others.

-MEALS-
We had two dinner buffets and both were incredible. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Note that these dinner buffets were for Xmas dinner and NYE. We have not had a regular dinner here .

We opted for the Japanese and Vietnamese style breakfast options and again, both were incredible. We were stuffed!

-FACILITIES-
Amazing. Where else in Da Nang can you get a Japanese steam bath?! We used it multiple times and enjoyed it. We also reserved our room with the daily spa access and we did the hotstone massage... TWICE!

If you've ever been to Japan and appreciated the hospitality there, you'll definitely enjoy it here. The attention to detail in everything they do and the truly amazing customer service is a level we have only ever experienced in Japan.

We would without a doubt stay at Grandvrio again. Highly recommended to all travelers.
