Good prices on soft drinks and beer - Pepsi Max 8000d, Becks 500ml <20000d, Water 5l 26000d. Other place for cheap beer had way higher prices, although yes, their range was bigger. This store is also a stones-throw from decent suburban markets as well.

Cheapest mini-marts in town and they accept credit cards. Lots of local beers under 20,000 and it's just 100m from the local's market (Tan An Market / Chợ Tân An) with heaps of vendors of all kinds and very few tourists.

Place is lovely and full function. Room is sparkling clean. Host is very helpful. Perfect!

Clean and well stocked but big queues at till sometimes.
