Alisa Premier Cruise- Best 5 Star Cruise in Halong Bay

I’m glad I’ve booked this cruise for Halong bay. Service is very good and cruise is very stable. Food served are delicious too! Room & bathroom size is very spacious and super clean, bathtub with jacuzzi, essentials r all provided! Balcony window size is spacious making views extremely nice from the bed. Overall experience is superb and worth the price!

If you visit Vietnam, you have to come to Halong Bay. We booked a 2D1N itinerary with Alisa Cruise, and it did not disappoint. Firstly, dooms and common areas are clean, itinerary was perfect as well. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for an overnight stay in Halong Bay, would recommend this cruise.

We were bound to go on Era Cruise but because of some reservation by the government they put us on Rita Cruise boat ( Alisa Cruise same company ) for the same price. The cabin was clean and perfect for couples with a bathtub which one was clean and with a good view. We also got a terrace. Unfortunately the weather wasn't really good for our cruise. Otherwise the staff was excellent, the food was good and activities also. We had a great time. :)

2D1N. Every experience on Cruise is quite amazing, the schedule is planned in detail and on time. Cruise manager fluent in English will support you enthusiastically throughout the trip, the food menu is not too diverse but the quality is good. A rather inconvenient thing is that the rooms do not have wifi waves, it can only be used in public places on the Cruise, the interior of the Cruise is also old, some bathroom equipment and toilets have deteriorated.

Very attentive and kind staff. The food was so good and really a lot!! As a solo traveler the room was spacious for me. I’m the first day we stopped at Titop islet and went up the stairs for a nice panoramic view and later on we could do some kayaking. On the second day we visited a cave.

Had a wonderful overnight cruise with Orchid around Ha Long bay - Tien our cruise manager was absolutely fantastic, arranged swimming, massage, kayaking - nothing was too much trouble. The boat was amazing - huge rooms - and the scenery spectacular

Wow. One of the best experiences of my life. This cruise is just worth every penny. Ha long bay is only worth seeing if you do the full 5-star package, in my opinion. You won’t go wrong with this company. Happy was an excellent cruise manager and made everyone super happy! Pham chi Thanh was just AMAZING and helped me endlessly- from helping me secure money from the ATM, to giving me an excellent rate. What a spectacular experience.

Cruise was amazing. Gorgeous decor. All facilities. Bar and kitchen. Excellent ambiance.

It was an incredible experience for us. There were many activities and having meal wasn't kess than an experience. Food wasan absolute delight. Rooms were spacious and the best part is jacuzzi. There is a private jacuzzi in every room and one bigh jacuzzi on deck area. Thui was our guide for 2day 1 night journey and she is really great person. Overall staff was very good and it was an absolute delight.

Fantastic cruise around Ha Long bay. The rooms were large and comfortable and the service was impeccable. All the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip. The itinerary was well planned and had a mix of activities, definitely try the kayaking if you go! The food was plentiful and tasty, a mix of vietnamese and some western dishes.

Must rate this cruise 5 star plus for every in general from pick up service by limousine shuttle bus from our hotel in Hanoi. Check in processed fast and all necessary information need was given by James, the cruise Manager on boat. Our family was offered a family suite connecting with private balcony on 2nd floor and far from working engine because we connected directly with Mr. Kenny Lee, the cruise owner. Actually his price was not much cheaper than booking online but we we were given some special priorities such as nicer cabin, picking up first for more comfortable seat on bus, room decoration for my husband birthday celebration. Food so delicious and drink was the same. The itinerary was a little bit tight however customers can choose following or skip any activities. All in all my family spent an amazing 2 days and 1 night on Alisa Premier Cruise and we are confident to recommend this cruise for everyone who wish to have a great 5 star cruise in Halong Bay.

We just completed a 2 day 1 night cruise with Alisa. Halong bay is absolutely incredible! We were able to capture a beautiful sunset during happy hour on the boat that we will remember forever! We booked the VIP suite with bus transportation from Hanoi. We booked directly through Alisa’s website and then Nancy helped us complete the booking. Nancy was very helpful and communication was very easy with her! From the second we got on the bus we knew we were in for a great couple days. The bus was very nice and comfortable. The boat was in great condition, it seemed like one of the nicest boats on the bay. The staff was very kind and always smiling. The food was superb, we especially enjoyed the pho on day 2. We will definitely recommend Alisa Premier to our friends and family.

My wife and I took a two day one night trip on the Alisa Premier Cruise in one of the senior suites. Everything was excellent in regards to the trip. The ship is new, has 21 cabins, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the food was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and brunch were buffet whereas the dinner was a multiple course set menu. Anna Pham of Alisa Cruise was very helpful and responsive when booking the trip ensuring that our every need was attended to. Cannot recommend enough.

We booked a 2 night cruise with Alisa. Due to flight delays, we missed the first day departure but they quickly accommodated us by moving our reservation back by one day. Terrific, attentive staff, nice accommodations and delicious food. Enjoyed the excursions, which are touristy but was what we expected. The views are unbelievable. The cruise was a nice way to start our 2 weeks in Vietnam as everything was planned for us so we had time to recover from jet lag and relax after two long days of travel. Couple of things to know: drinks are not included in the cost and vegetarian options are often western style food. Would love to see them offer more Vietnamese vegetarian options.

3 days 2 nights trip to Halong bay. Great experience. But the 2nd day trip with the day boat is a lot less luxurious then the cruise itself.

First cruise I have ever been on. It was a fantastic experience overall. They are extremely well planned, keep their timings, and keep the guests entertained. The rooms are luxurious with breathtaking views of the sea from every room, even from the bathroom (that has a Jacuzzi). The cruise also has a swimming pool, small golf field and a gym, all with a view of the sea. Not to mention their delicious cuisine!

Food , rooms with private balcony , courteous and friendly staff -- every thing was perfect..
