Ambassador Cruise

Ambassador Signature has been an amazing experience and the rooms was fabulous. The staff were amazing and helpful especially Ms. Hazel and Elliott. The trips out were great and the food was fantastic. I would recommend it to everybody. Once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Ambassador Signature for the great experience. We did not want to leave, really. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a night and 2 days, it was such a fun experience! We went as a family in a group of 9 with many family members who have not ever seen Ha Long Bay despite being Vietnamese. The service crew on board were the sweetest and would go above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Great food on deck, a variety of Vietnamese and some European cuisine. Though keep in mind that some of the Vietnamese food is overall catered more towards western taste. But my family enjoyed it regardless. Our two female servers, Lisa and Betty were the absolute best. So sweet and catered to our every need! The cruise itself has some interesting activities on board such as live music and has excursions which you can go off ship to see caves, kayaking, bamboo rafting, and a stop at Ti Top island where you can hike to the top to see an incredible view of the islands in Ha Long bay - our favorite excursion! The rooms in the cruise ship have beautiful interior with full beds and a full bathroom with toilet, bath, and shower. Probably one of the most spacious and prettiest rooms I’ve seen on a cruise. The top decks are decorated beautifully with lanterns and lights lit up at night. We were speechless at the view we saw from the ship of Ha Long bay from sunrise to sunset. Would totally recommend this cruise for any family of all ages! We also found out that you can even rent the whole ship for a wedding for an amazing deal! If you have any hesitation booking this cruise, just do it!

Absolutely amazing! This cruise was beautiful. Everything about the experience was perfect - the food, the service, the rooms.
The chef was so great - all the food was delicious and authentic. The staff was amazing and attentive. We had Nicole and Camille taking care of us and I couldn’t have asked for any two better! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make our time special, including surprising us with cake in a grand gesture to make us feel extra special!

With so many options for cruises to ha long bay, we thoroughly looked through all of our options before deciding ambassador and I couldn’t be happier!

Our room is fine, spacious. The only thing is that our room doesn’t have hotpot to boil coffee. The food is excellent we chose the Eastern Family style and it was excellent! The welcome lunch was nice. The tender boat is hot there’s not functioning electric fan, so it’s a bit hot and uncomfortable. Ha Long Bay is nice and amazing. The staffs are very friendly, they attend to us. Thank you Camille

Ambassador Signature is very luxury and very clean. Beautiful view in Lan Ha bay. Room very clean and feel very relax. Vietnamese food very delicious. We really had a great time here with my family. Ms. Hazel has a good customer service and nice voice. We will come back again here. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Room 117 it was beautiful but the toilet is hard to flush we flush several times before it works. The food is excellent, but the drinks does not included yet. We need to pay during our first day. But Overall, between very good and excellent it was excellent! Ha Long Bay is very beautiful and stunning we woke up very early to witness the sunrise and it was worth waking up 5AM! Lastly, the staffs are very polite and sweet especially thank you Camille and Nicole.

Very nice cruise ship in Lan Ha bay. Food was really so good especially the fish in the dinner. We will surely come back here with my family again. Our cabin is really spacious. I had a wonderful trip with my family on the ambassador ship. What impressed me most was the welcome of the staff on board, which made me feel comfortable.
Not only that, the food here is also very delicious and diverse. The staff here also dress very well in 5-star style. There is an employee named VIET who is very concerned about my family. If I have a chance, I will come back ^^

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did amazing, the food was great and the room was clean and spacious. The balcony gives a very good view towards the sea and the program was quite comprehensive. Our server Lisa was exceptionally helpful with our enquiries and did well in serving us during our meals. Recommend for a good 2d1n short getaway!

It was lovely staying with Ambassador Signature Cruise. The crew is fun to interact with, we danced all night with them. The rooms are comfortable & they also provide Indian food if it has been requested while booking. Ms. Hazel is one of the members of the crew looking after every need and made the stay very comfy & pleasant.

Very good cruise experience with Ambassador Cruise. The services provided by the crew members were excellent, especially the ever ready manager, Jack and one of the service staff, Camille. The excursion leader did a very good job too. Nothing to complain, except the noise of engine at one end of the cruise ship. Need to request for quiet room away from the engine room if possible. Oh, the body massage is great as well.

celebrated my birthday at ambassador signature and had a wonderful time! the crews were very friendly especially Hazel with assisting us with something needed done. the ship is very clean and food was delicious and for the price is very good!!! highly recommend if you're planning doing a cruise at lan ha bay and thank you for a wonderful time!!!

I enjoyed Ambassador Signature with my wife. The food was scrumptious, and the view was great and my manager Hazel and other cabin crews were really kind. Everything was really great. we’ve really enjoyed the time staying here! strongly recommend this!

Highly appreciate the services provided by Ambassador cruise team. Huong was really helpful and friendly. We were served Indian food, specially prepared for us as we were the only Indians on the trip. Highly recommended.
