Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An

One of the best hotels in Vietnam! The room is spacious, the pools are amazing, the spa is stunning, the staff is attentive and professional.
They provide complimentary shuttle to and from Hoi An twice a day.

Unfortunately it was raining most of the time during our stay.
I think the hotel should offer discount on spa services when it's raining all day!

Great resort. Everything about the place was amazing...food, service, view, villas, tennis, pickle ball, you name it. Would highly recommend if you are staying in this city.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Thuy pampered us with care. Breakfast was first class and the Vietnamese food they made within the property authentic and delicious. Could not ask for more.

Absolutely impeccable location and service. The personal butler made the stay elevate to the highest level. Everything from the rooms to the common areas, the food and activities were close to perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional service all the way around, appreciated being greeted by Marco the assistant resort manager upon check-in. Even with it being the Rainy Season in central Vietnam, they had wonderful alternative activities planned for guests if you couldn’t quite enjoy the pool or beach like you normally would. Shuttles ran to Ancient City with plenty of raincoats and umbrellas at the ready. Excellent tailor and restaurant recommendations.

Of course, the villa itself is so wonderful — not to mention the restaurants, bar and service — you never want to leave in the first place.

One of the best resorts in the area, rooms are big and cozy, the staff is helpful, kind of useful. Swimming pools, gym, spa are available. Direct access to the beach as well. All in all, a great place to relax.
Food is great as with a variety of choices, including east Asian and Mediterranean food.

I stayed at the dog-friendly pool villa for 4 days, and the facilities were exceptional. Butler Thao provided impeccable and friendly service, taking care of every detail. She truly made our vacation unforgettable, and I’m incredibly grateful. Having visited many Four Seasons hotels, this one stands out as the most memorable. Every staff member was helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for pet-friendly travel. It’s a destination I want to return to every year. The pick-up, drop-off, and butler service were attentive and flawless.

What a magnificent place! We stayed for 8 nights and loved every day. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool villa and it was so beautiful. THe staff were so friendly, and really accomodated to every need you had - always with a smile and warm greeting. They have a great app, where you can communicate with staff on assistance you need and they reply immediately. They even gave us speakers so we can play our own music. Had such a good time around the pool dancing to our own music... We rode around the grounds on the bikes they provide you, played table tennis, and swan at the beach with waiter service. Highly recommend to use their spa centre. We had facials and glowed for days! Rooms are pure luxury, cleaned twice a day, and always received a basket of something special every day. Absolutely love Four Seasons Hoi An. Thank you to all the staff, you made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the pool villa was so large we got lost in it, and the luxury of our own infinity swimming pool was a bonus. It was so quiet we spent a lovely few days there.

Wow… Having stayed before I honestly thought this Four Seasons property was as good as it could get, amazing in every way. During our current stay though their new Japanese restaurant “Nayuu” soft opened and it is something else. This is world class cuisine, fish flown in daily from Japan, Wagyu and Korean steak dry aged on site. Check out the pictures, we’ve eaten at Michelin starred restaurants around the world and this was so impressive. Congrats Nhat, Okta and team - you will win awards I’m sure.

Obsessed with this hotel. Rooms are fantastic. Our private pool in our villa looked right over the beach and was gorgeous. Food is sublime. The loveliest people work here. Everything was perfect.

The Prosecco breakfast with exceptional food and a special thanks to John the executive chef who let us try his delicious sticky rice cakes, and also all the other staff went above and beyond service was top notch. Staying at the Four Seasons Nam Hai in Hoi An redefined my understanding of luxury. Perched atop a hill, the 3-bedroom villa was a masterpiece of design and comfort, blending seamlessly with the surrounding lush landscape.

Inside, the villa's décor struck a balance between traditional Vietnamese elegance and modern luxury. The living spaces flowed effortlessly into each other, leading to an infinity pool that promised a refreshing escape from the heat. The bedrooms were spacious and homey, with linens so soft it felt like sleeping among clouds.

However, the highlight was the impeccable service, especially from our butler, Khanh. Khanh was a maestro of hospitality, his service so personalized it felt as if he could read our minds. Whether he was making sure we had umbrellas when it rained or offering insightful local tips, Khanh's dedication to our comfort was unwavering. His thoughtful gestures—like leaving freshly cut tropical fruit in our villa or ensuring we had better bottled water to drink—added a layer of delight to our stay.

The Four Seasons Nam Hai is more than just a resort; it's a realm of tranquility and indulgence. But it's the people, especially Khanh, who transform a beautiful stay into an unforgettable one. Khanh's presence was like the final brushstroke on a masterpiece, completing our experience with warmth and authenticity. It was definitely the best Four Season we have ever been to.
The staff is amazing at every level, the resort is very well maintained, the 5 course lobster diner is worth any gastronomic restaurants in big cities.
Yes it is expensive, but really worth it.

It truly doesn’t get much better than this folks. I like to keep my reviews fact-based, but the overwhelming emotional response that I had to this property makes that difficult. Walking around the property, you’re filled with the sensation of, “Ah, yes, this is it, this is what travel is all about.”

Now the specifics…

Atmosphere

This hotel is set over around 35 hectares of lush oceanfront land. The expanse feels unassumingly luxurious: quiet, simple, effortless but totally beautiful. The super long beach is perfect for afternoon beach walks, and the green lanes are great for a morning stroll. The lines of the lobby are clean, modern and grand; in contrast to the cosy, locally styled villas. No detail go unnoticed - candles lit in the villa each night, tiny bathrobes for the children, every toiletry you could want, sunscreen by the pool - this is the Four Seasons, after all.

Child friendly

For us, this was the big draw. The kids’ club was perfect - they had a jam packed schedule and my kids never wanted to leave. Every day, they’d come home with masks, statutes, hats, glitter art, clay art, etc etc. They really stuck to the elaborate schedule that other hotels sometimes ignore.

Friendliness

This must be the world’s friendliest hotel. We didn’t encounter a single employee who was downbeat. Everyone seemed to be delighted to be there, and that just adds to the positive atmosphere. Management is surely doing a lot right!

In short, we can’t wait to return.

Beach resorts don’t get much better than this. About a 10 minutes cab ride from the Hoi An old town. Amazing service and good food at both their restaurants. They even Han full vegan/plant-based menus! Definitely worth staying or just eating here.

One of the best spa i’ve ever had, would like to give my appreciation to the therapist Dewa for the amazing technique and super service..definitely worth it!
