What a wonderful experience with so much packed into the 24 hours (2 day, 1 night option.)
*I recommend booking all meals included or add it on 1 day before departure. The food was very good and incredibly abundant.
The staff was so attentive and helpful, watching immediately to clear your plates, or assist you with anything. Mai (who works in the departure office area) went above and beyond to be helpful in making sure I made it smoothly and safely to my next accommodation after the cruise ended. (Thank you, Mai!)
The room was so nice, very large, super comfortable bed, large bathroom with spa tub, elaborate, hi-tech bidet, private balcony and large windows (could be a bit cleaner, though) to see the amazing views of the Bay.
The cruise included free kayaking, swimming, a tai chi class, a cooking class, and a cave tour. 👌

We had a 2 night-stay on this boat and love everything about it. What impressed me is the space of the room. They are way much bigger than a 5-star hotel room inland

Very good cruise. Cruise staff were also very informative, helpful and kind. We booked 2 days 1 night cruise package. Lunch , Dinner and breakfast is provided on cruise as per your preference ( vegetarian and non vegetarian). Each room has a jacuzzi and balcony. Cooking class during evening time. Activities includes kayaking , swimming and cave tour are amazing!! Don’t be lazy to attend cave tour early in the morning. It’s located far from Hanoi City and they offer a car or bus ride from / to Hanoi city / Halong bay.
Other option for stay is day tour and 3 days 2 night package. I recommend 3D 2N package to enjoy the nature beauty.

We had 2day 1 night stay at Era Cruise. We booked King Terrace Suite room and it is really beautiful with an amazing balcony with modern furniture.

They have many options for Vegetarians, though primarily Vietnamese food. When you arrive, the first lunch is superb where they serve you 3-course meal. Dinner is buffet with vegan items, variety wise good, taste wise OK. Breakfast is very early in the morning, options were limited and we could eat nothing. They should have better quality of bread/fruits. Brunch is OK with live counter for egg items. All beverages are to be purchased, including water. They do not serve you water at lunch/dinner so be prepared.

Activities: Nothing much to. Kayaking is offered at 3/4 pm in the afternoon when weather is super hot. There is no guide as well, you are on your own. Not so safe. Cooking class at evening is also useless as well. Boat riding though caves happen at very early morning, though it is good.

Cruising: this is not a cruise in reality. They take you in a small boat to your cruise, where it mostly remains stationary. Only 1H of cruising was involved in our entire stay. Consider this as a night stay in a stationary boat. But worthwhile for the halong bay views.

DO NOT DO 2 NIGHT STAY, YOU WILL GET BORED.

This cruise was wonderful! The room we had was beautiful, spotlessly clean and as big as a 1 bedroom apartment!

Our family had an amazing time at the cruise, we enjoyed a lot. Even the vegetarian vietnamese food served was just amazing! Spa services were good and so was the sunset at the sundeck! The cruise manager, Mr. Duc was an amazing host, his team and he made sure that all our needs were taken care of and made our trip worth it❤

What a wonderful trip and food was amazing 👏 Duc the travel guide is a lovely human and speaks very good English 👍 the landscape was amazing and we just loved it all...we got adjoining rooms put kids in one and we had the other we are a family of 5. Recommend this experience the boat and crew are all lovely.

Very well built cruise. Excellent service. The staff is very friendly. The chef was very cooperative in preparing separate vegetarian food for us. Each room has a jacuzzi. The activities like kayaking, rowing boat ride from the cruise are amazing!! Don’t be lazy to attend Tai Chi sessions early in the morning. It was amazing specially for yoga and fitness lovers! Also, our room was upgraded for no charge by them.

This journey is totally out of blue and truly unforgettable.

My wife and I were traveling around Northern Vietnam and found out that something unique trip on the social media and my wife suggested we could try this cruise ship.

At first, we didn’t anticipated it will be that much magnificent than we thought at first place, however, the indescribable scenery was dramatically appeared, and the view was a jaw dropping and so tranquil with the cruise smoothly sail around the island whole day and we can easily overlooked the different aspect of the mountain.

The cabin was great with the slow pace of the sailing. The scenery out side was just like a slides which will change every seconds.

The manager there was professional and really took care of us, after one times explain the tour and the information we needed in Vietnamese at first, he will explain it in English again for us!

During the lockdown, we haven’t backed to Taiwan for almost half a year, however, it’s the best time to travel around VN in this moment with relatively less tourists around everywhere, it’s wonderful and worthwhile!!!

The cruise was awesome. for our itinerary, it is unique and different. you must have to visit this cruise.

One of the outmost memorable time I had ever spend in my life, Everything which is surrounded is wonderful, customer service is the first thing which I want to highlight.
