Incredible people and traditions. The weather wasn't the best, but Mama Mao did her best, so we could enjoy and we could have a great experience.

This company went above and beyond to help us. Mr Quang assisted us with a piece of luggage that was left at their office. We traveled from Sa Pa to Ninh Binh and emailed that we had forgotten our package in their office. He was very prompt with his reply and took care of us. The next morning, our package was in Ninh Binh and in our possession. Thank you for being dependable and keeping to your word!

I bought a bus ticket from Sa Pa to Ha Gian which was cheaper compared to other agencies and hostels.

I was a bit concerned reading the reviews but my journey was quite smooth:

1 bus left on time

2 they stopped for breakfast and lunch

3 they dropped me (like everyone on the minivan) in front of my hostel

4 the minivan was cramped with people sitting between seats but for me wasn’t a problem
