The salmon & sturgeon hotpot is very good! The fish is very very fresh and the soup base for the hotpot is a refreshing sour and spicy soup, great for a cold day in Sapa!

We had great time at Ca Hoi Vua. We ordered fish hot pot and peach wine. Food was yummy, staffs were so nice, better price than other restaurants.

Another good restaurant for salmon lovers. The price is reasonable for its overall quality. The service is fairly great.

In addition, the Salmon Hot pot is surprisingly tasty with the sour & sweet broth

Hotpot comes with lots of tofu, beancurd, pineapple. Veggies and noodles are also included. We over ordered bcs we thought the hotpot will only have small amount of food but we were wrong! Staff were enthusiast and friendly.

What we ordered:
- Salmon hotpot
Be careful when eating the salmon, there are quite a lot of bones.
- Sturgeon spicy hotplate
SO DELICIOUS. The sturgeon texture is soft, cooked with all the spices 💯💯 highly recommended
- Grilled pork
Just so so. The least favorite of all 3

I would recommend sturgeon hotpot instead of salmon hotpot.
But overall, this restaurant is 💯💯

Ca Hoi is freshly and the price is reasonable. The service is friendly and caring. Wine Seng Cu is good to enjoy.

Salmon hotpot was so delicious, the vegetables were very fresh and plentiful. Friendly employee.

Salmon & Sturgeon hotpot is highly recommended but prefer Sturgeon meat personally.

Fresh fish gave us a perfect and delicious fish hot pot. Prices are more at the higher for Sapa but fish and soup were definitely worth it.

very fresh salmon and the food so nice as i can imagine

First time in Sapa. Recommended to this restaurant by homestay owner. Mainly local patrons. Menu dual language (viet/en). Young staff are very helpful, attentive and speak little english. Good serving of fresh Salmon/Sturgeon meat, veg & vermicelli for hotpot. Good strong rice wine & plum wine. Value for money and enjoyed dinner so much.

We had steamed salmon and sturgeon hotpot, it was really delicious! The service was awesome and the staffs are really helpful. Reasonable price and nice food, highly recommend!

The so called salmon hotpot for the whole of Sapa is actually fresh water trout. As a Singaporean, I do not know how to appreciate the foods as we are more accustomed to sea fishes ;).. Pls be warned the fishes here all have this muddy taste but they are fresh though. The pork is not your regular pig , it’s wild boar hence the tough meats lol.

OH MY GAWD?? best thing ever! a hidden gem for foreign travellers i'd like to say, as most of the diners were local tourists so you know it's good. Got the sturgeon-salmon mix for 4 people at 700k VND

The soup and fish is the most delicious among Sapa!

The food is very nice, interested in the way they serve salmon salad, must try!!! Staffs are very friendly and helpful!!!!

Very friendly. Good food. Great portion size for the money. Was not expensive like other places in Sapa. Would come back. Great for hungry backpackers on a budget.

Its near Sapa center. 5-10 mins walking. Fast service of alive salmon. The sushi of salmon can be the best in Sapa. You can try here. Only 1 minus point is that they dont serve anything but salmon.
