Huge spacious grounds, manicured gardens, walkways, indoor swimming pool. Detail oriented. Great for families and travelers who drive.

The hotel's facilities and amenities are of the highest quality. The staff is well-prepared to assist with any inquiries, including transportation and recommendations for local attractions. The dedication to hospitality demonstrated by the manager, Steve, and his team, including Rosy,Nora, and the trainee Nam, is commendable. I highly recommend this establishment and rate it 5 out of 5. Some of my family members have even expressed a desire to return with additional family and friends.

Beautiful hotel with good and amazing service. The hotel is not located on the main busy street. So, it was quiet and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean and tidy. We booked a room with a balcony but we couldn't see anything from our room as it was foggy the whole time we were there. Sapa is covered with fog most of the time in December. The hotel is within walking distance to Sapa Town. However, if you don't want to walk, a free shuttle service is provided by the hotel.

We stayed for two nights during winter. Beautiful room, wonderful and helpful staff. Especially the General Manager Mr Steve Tan. He is super helpful since we arrived. Offering us to have some breakfast because we arrived early in the morning and our rooms are not ready yet. He is a hands on type of guy where he personally prepared and serve one of the breakfast station. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The free buggy rides to town center is very helpful. Highly recommended hotel.

Exquisite Experience at Silk Path Grand Sapa! The resort's restaurant exceeded all expectations with its culinary delights. The food was consistently exceptional, offering a wide range of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. What truly set the experience apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond, especially with their room service options, bringing meals directly to our room with efficiency and care. It's not just a meal, but a memorable dining experience that enhanced our stay at this wonderful resort.

We stayed at a different hotel but came here for dinner one night. The manager and staff were so so warm and welcoming. They recommended some great dishes for us and invited us back for breakfast. I haven’t had such amazing hospitality in such a long time. The manager was so kind to make us some special dishes and have a chat with us. Regret not staying here but will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Love the location. Depending on the season, you get to see the amazing mountain view from the resort. The place is well kept, maintains good security, and has regular shuttle services to and from Sa Pa town centre. The breakfast variety is amazing. I was there for 4 days, looking forward to the breakfast every morning. Lunch and dinner options in the restaurants within the resort are great too. Wish I stayed here longer!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Close enough to the town to walk to but far away enough for relaxing and tranquility. 5/5 would highly recommend— I think it’s probably the best hotel in sapa

spa was okay, i didn’t like my massage that much. wish the sauna and steam room was openly available to guests. seems that it had been previously and they removed that.

Fantastic spa, worth paying to access the very spacious sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Had an hour and a half massage for vnt 1,350,000 pp and morning breakfast for vnt 350,000 as add on. Room service is also very nice. Very nice breakfast and well equipped gym. Free transport to town.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful, they provide the recommendation for must visit places in Sapa and help to arrange our transportation by buggy and taxi. Breakfast was very good, we try the new menu created by chef which is very good. If I come to Sapa again, I will stay at this hotel.

Everything is perfect, nice service, good quality food, comfortable bed and great location.
Many shops and cafes near the hotel and only 7 mins by taxi to bar street😁
We stayed two nights here and next time, we want to stay longer……

Sept 2023. Spent one night here, wished could be longer.

We booked a room with mountain view, absolutely breathtaking to have witnessed the beauty the next morning before we left the premise. Room spacious & clean. All amenities we need were provided. Location wise is abit far from the centre but definitely not a problem as there is shuttle service to the city centre every hour and I definitely enjoyed the tranquillity & peace away from the bustling city. The rose garden was well kept & everywhere we walked we could smell the roses. Lovely. Not to forget the welcome cookies were delicious. Overall we had a great stay at Silk Path.

What a beautiful hotel.. with exquisite interior design and luxurious furniture. When we open our window.. we can see the amazing mountain view. Breakfast is superb with some wonderful local delights. Totally and highly recommended.

We only stayed here 1x night but as others have said we wished it was longer. The staff are all so friendly and were more than happy to look after our luggage while we did the Rice Fields hike. We found the shuttle a bit hit and miss with the timing but they actually sent one just to pick us up from town which was super helpful and saved us walking all the way back, we will definitely be back and hopefully stay longer next time.

I’m pleased with my stay at the Silk Path Grand. If I ever visit Sapa again, I’m definitely staying here. Special shout out to Nora at reception for helping me with all my questions and booking requests.
