Ngo Homestay Hoi An

We had such a great experience staying at NGO Homestay. We booked via Airbnb. The owner, Loan was the kindest, most helpful host. She was extremely resourceful, providing us with activity suggestions and transport options. She inquired about our plans to make tailored recommendations and feedback. The hotel is SUPER well located, central to Hoi An but on a quiet street which was perfect. Our pool-view room was clean, spacious and cooled via AC. Honestly, a gem. Hospitality 11/10 ❤🙏

This home stay is a great place to stay when you visit Hoi An.
It is only a few minutes walk from the river, night market, old town and restaurants.

What makes this place special is Loan and her lovely family. Nothing is too much trouble for her and always done with a smile, from arranging bikes, scooters, washing, shows and our onward travel.

The rooms have a kettle, hairdryer, fridge and we had a private balcony.

There is also a swimming pool, although it was sadly too cold for us to use it.

I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Hoi An

Best stay in all of Southeast Asia! Super clean place in the perfect location in the old city, right near the night market and Main Street so you can easily walk anywhere you want, but just far enough away that it’s not noisy at night.
The best staff that can get you a better price on rides and activities, the best breakfast I’ve had in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. My favorite place to stay for the best price. Do yourself a favor and book this if you can, you will not regret it!

The Homestay is in the city center, in a quiet street. 3 min walking from the market and the famous street on the river.

Room has everything you need, is cleaned and the beed is good.

The host Loan is special!! She can help with transport for the airport, scooter and any advices for the town!

Cosy hotel with homestay vibes. Loan was very helpful with laundry and booking tours and taxis. Rooms are comfy with AC and a fan. Two waters included per day unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in. Pool is a nice addition but hard to tell how often it gets cleaned.

Good location with short walk to the old town. Can rent a bike for 25k VND with a straightforward route to the beach.

The honestly is lovely. The owner Loan is super nice and gives you advise for every activity and attractions there are in hoi an.

This is a very beautiful property at Hoi An. The host is amazing and helps you out with all the guidance required to explore this beautiful town. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The best thing is the price which is economical and the most reasonable price in the town. The property is near the market via a short hike! Highly recommend 🙌

If you want a relaxed homestay in a great location (in the old town) then NGO is place! Loan, and her family are lovely. They are very kind and will make you feel welcome. I would 100% recommend this for people looking for a quiet stay with a good family.

The first time for me travel at HoiAn. I choose Phan Ngo Homwstay because good location. Near Night market, Japanese Bridge and Old Town. I think this homestay is normal but incredible. Phan Ngo Homestay was just wonderful. Near anyplace, Mini mart, Night market, Old Town, Japanese  Bridge, Restaurant.

The owner was friendly and helpful. They are very nice to help us, explaining everything,arrange transportation for us. They are very kind. they are warm and welcoming.

The room is very nice, large,clean and comfortable. There's a swimming pool available.

For breakfast was best food and amazing, delicious and very good.

We really had a pleasent stay. Everything was perfect. The location is really good, everything was clean.
The housekeeper Loan was super nice and helped us getting the transfer from the airport and also back to the airport.
I also forgot something there and she managed to bring it back to me ❤

We booked our first night in the home stay, the family was very welcoming and nice. The location is great to visit Hoi An, the rooms are clean and have enough space. The bathrooms are newly refurbished, we had a great stay there I highly recommend.
We were the first night in the homestay and then in the villa just accross the street, both are great and the family is very accomodating.

Wonderful experience start to finish! Upon arrival we were greeted with tea, and fruit while they helped us set up any tours or excursions we were considering doing while in Hoi An. She set up the tours for us as best she could according to the weather as it was due to rain our entire trip. Although she did her best a little rain was unavoidable. We were given advice on a couple of preferred tailors to visit, and even though we wound up going elsewhere it was a great addition having so many local recommendations.

When we finally saw our room we were blown away with how clean and cozy it was! Arguably the best stay we had on our entire trip to Vietnam! They even invited us for a complimentary breakfast on our last day before leaving! The chartered cars were on time and very good drivers. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Hoi An. They are within walking distance of old town but far enough away from the noise and crowds to get a good nights sleep.

Amazing Home stay in Hoi An, Loan is a lovely host and very helpful, the rooms were big and the beds were so comfy, breakfast if you want it in the morning and bike rental too. Will also organise pick up and drop off if you need from Da Nang and really helpful with local tours and information. 11/10! Thank you ♥

The location is perfect, 3 min walk to the night market! The couple who ran the place were very helpful and friendly, quick to organise shuttles and tours. The room was clean and the pool is nice.
The only improvement would be quality of laundry. My clothes were still unclean after the laundry. 😐

This is the best place to stay in Hoi An. Location is very good and less than 3 minutes walk from the market. The room is mighty big and the place is very clean. They change towels and clean the room every single day and they have a nice pool.
I'd stay here for longer stays with no problems. They serve Vietnamese breakfast as well as international breakfast for extra 2 USD which was good.
I came to this place after staying 1 night in a hotel I booked on booking and I highly recommend this one. It is better, cleaner and cheaper. I just love it.
The host who I guess is the owner of the place is very friendly and gave lots of helpful tips.
Oh one more thing. They accept credit card and they add extra 3% to the total which was ok. The hotel I stayed in only accepted cash which was bad.

Stay in this place without thinking twice. It is the best you can find here.

A lucky find for our stay in Hoi An! We loved being right in the heart of the night market of Hoi An and with a 5 minute walk across the island to the main area of the town. Loan, pictured with us in the middle, called us a taxi from where we ate lunch to the homestay to help us avoid trying to find the location while lugging around our backpacks. Owned by a sweet and hospitable family, my boyfriend and I were happily greeted when we arrived with green tea and an intro to the city. We loved the big breakfast and the use of the perfect little pool. This homestay has 2 buildings just one block apart, so even if you stay in the location without the pool (like we did), all you have to do is walk 1-2 minutes to the other building and it was no inconvenience at all! A great plus is that we wanted to do a day trip to Hue and one of the staff arranged it with just one phone call for the very next morning. This was after we went and tried to book it through a recommended hostel/travel agency previously recommended to us but they looked at us like we were crazy when we told them we wanted to do a day trip to Hue, where as in this homestay they said of course we can arrange it! So just because they may appear to be a small homestay, they actually had better resources than a bigger hostel! We loved the great quality rooms and didn't mind sharing a bathroom with another couple staying on the top floor if it meant paying a bit less. We took advantage of the cheap bike rentals as well as the laundry service. Definitely would come back, thank you to this lovely family for enhancing our Hoi An experience!!
