Syrena cruises may not be the fanciest in the bay, but they certainly go above and beyond in hospitality, service, and beautiful Vietnamese friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble and they thought of all the little details….gorgeous smelling shower soap, robes, fluffy fresh towels, comfy beds, great showers, very clean and well kept rooms, helpful, caring staff, friendly guides that went above and beyond to get us to as many sites with knowledge and ease and the manager who had a great smile and sense of humour. The food was plentiful, fresh and delicious, and the choice of traditional Vietnamese cooking, vegetarian and meat options, and western food options for those who preferred were all just amazing.
Morning Thai chi classes, evening cooking classes, cave tours and beach swims all included.
Highly recommend Syrena .

My partner and I really enjoyed the trip we had on this boat. Son & his crew were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and offered stunning views, all the experiences and events were lovely. My highlight was catching squid off the back of the boat with everyone on board. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wishing to go and see Halong bay.

Great experience, the staff was extremely nice and arranging, the food was delicious, the rooms were very confortable and a special note for the fact that they could adapt the menus to my gluten and dairy intolerance. I would definitely recommend it!!

Five star cruises, loved it from the time stepped on board, clean comfortable cabins with Ac and onsuite bathrooms, the staff were fantastic, the food was some of the best I had while in vietnam, the tour is short but was good nonetheless, cave and beach visits with rowing boat trip to lagoon very good and worth the money if in Halong Bay
