The helicopter tour itself was enjoyable; however, the pre-flight experience was short of desirable.

Firstly, the operator asked for full payment to be made to a person’s bank account, which I was wary of. I would have felt more assured if the payment was through their website via a credit card. When we asked if they accepted other modes of payment, the sales rep just responded with a curt “No.” instead of being helpful.

We arrived at least 15 mins prior to our 4pm flight time; however, as the other 2 passengers were late, we were made to wait more than 20 minutes to take a 12 minutes flight. We felt that the flight schedule should be adhered to, and the operator could have done better to make it a better experience in general.
