Relax Massage & Spa Sapa

Had an amazing hot stone massage here on the weekend, well needed after a trek up the mountains! Despite this place being a little pricier than average, it’s well worth paying a little bit more, the quality and service is outstanding from start to finish, easily the best massage I’ve had yet. I had a lovely lemon and ginger tea and biscuits to begin with before embarking on 60 minutes of pure bliss. Would highly recommend, thanks so much!

I had a fantastic experience at Relax Spa & Massage with a one-hour Vietnamese body massage. The ambiance and soothing music were perfect, and the massage was professionally done. The prices are more than reasonable. I want to express my gratitude to the attentive team who welcomed me with a refreshing tea upon arrival and continued to provide excellent care even after the massage.

This evening, we decided to have foot massage after walking at Cat Cat village. And were greeted by 2 locals who don't speak English but patiently went thru translation to get what we wanted.
The price is relatively on the high side, we had 60mins foot massage for VND300000 per person. However, we love their services and the massages they provided.
Thanh is the guest relation person who constantly ensure everything is perfect. I love her service!
Ended the therapy with a gift from her.

We had the most incredible massages and in a private room which was lovely and warm too! A great escape from Sapa fog. Our masseuses were lovely and checked in during the massage too which was nice.

I just had the best massage after such a long time. The masseuse gave a really strong and nice massage it really helped me to relax and my migraine is also gone after it. Definitely recommend!

Had a Combo Sapa Signature which has a combo of 15mins Red Dao Herbal bath n 90 mins body massage. Reasonable price and clean environment. Masseurs is Quynh anh and has strong hands for customers who prefer stronger massage. Highly recommended.

Ha thanh was lovely and welcoming! Great customer experience overall. I recommend this place for a good massage. The staff are wonderful and red dzao bath is a must try after a long day of walking!! Also obsessed with the ginger cinnamon tea they offer at the end! Thank you :)

Easily one of the best massages I've had in Asia.

I got a full body massage for an hour and it was 350 dong from memory.

I was welcomed with some little coconut biscuits and a nice tea, which were both a nice touch.

The staff were very professional and polite.

The room was quiet, tranquil and warm.

I'd recommend coming here.

A massage shop with a good atmosphere, good service, and the receptionist can speak English well. There are souvenirs provided as well.

We book the massage with our hotel for herb bath + massage. It was a very pleasant experience. Much better than other random super cheap massage in Sapa. We tried a few other massages in the town and this one definitely the best one. Herbal bath is also pretty nice, a perfect treatment before our night bus.

Maybe a little more expensive than other places but definitely worth it and even had a little gift and a delicious tea !

Absolutely amazing massage and wonderful staff. The tea and cookies are a nice touch. They also gave me a little bag at the end of my massage. Front of house staff are very kind and sweet. The massage workers do a great job. I had two massages here before leaving!

Did foot and shoulder massage, was very good and the masseur applied sufficient strength. We also did hair wash which was very relaxing and also included a head massage. The staff were very friendly and the spa is very clean. Was given an opening gift as well!

Great massage, they served us wonderful tea before and afterwards and even gave a souvenir bag. Relaxing music, quiet spa with excellent service and masseuses. Highly recommend after a couple days of trekking!

Fantastic experience here. The receptionists were welcoming, explained different options - once confirmed we were greeted with tea and cookies.
Very good professional massage and the room had good amenities for sauna, round traditional bath tub and coconut mug.
They take confirmation for light/medium/strong pressure before hand.
Had a quick chat with the receptionist while coming out, he even suggested some good food placed around. Highly recommended

I stumbled across relax spa today whilst exploring Sapa. Thanh greeted me and was soo sweet.

I really wanted to try their COMBO relax package. Unfortunately I will say that this part didn't work for me at 6ft as the baths are built for smaller Asian people.

However the team was very understanding and tried to move me to a slightly bigger bath which was still too small unfortunately.

After this I finished it early and went for the massage which was magic. I even fell asleep 💤

They ended the experience with a nice hot tea.

If you're appropriately sized I'd say do the baths. If not buy some from them and have at home.

Overall great spot and would recommend.
