Great service. Easy to book for appointment. Staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. We had a 60-minute food massage here, and they were relaxing, strength were just nice. Calm atmosphere and quiet. Tea and biscuits provided as well. Friendly manager. Even gifted us free local biscuits. Much appreciated.

I was so grateful to be offered the hot stones option right before my massage. I accepted. If you don't want hot stones in place of your original massage, just say no thanks.

One of the best Spa experience I have had. We had a couple massage and I opted for Thai message and my wife went for hot stone therapy. The technique was superb and we felt awesome at the end of the session. Highly recommended.

I arrived in Hoi An feeling tired and stressed, so I decided to visit a spa. I had heard good things about 5 Senses Spa, and it was walking distance from my hotel, so I decided to give it a try.

I chose the Asian Blend massage, which combines Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai massage techniques. The massage was amazing! The therapist was very skilled and used just the right amount of pressure. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage.

The spa is clean and well-maintained, and the staff members are very friendly and polite. They also have free WiFi, which is a plus.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at 5 Senses Spa. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage.

I went to use the Special Vietnam body relaxing service on the last day of my stay in Hoi An. The staff are lovely and the service is very good. There are snacks to welcome both before and after the massage. The staff who gave me a massage was a very good massage. I feel good and refreshed after the massage. And when I'm going back to my accommodation, it's raining a lot. The staff ran to fetch me a raincoat. I am very impressed It's really worth it. If I go back to HoiAn again This is one more reason for me to go back.

Got a mani pedi by An and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! She was very meticulous and so sweet and my nails turned out perfectly. The hospitality from the entire team was amazing too - was greeted with cold water and a warm foot bath, then finished the visit with snacks. Highly recommend!

Had package 3 but didn’t want the pedicure and manicure and all the staff were really accommodating and allowed me to swap it for something else. I really recommend Tram as she did all my treatments and she was really lovely and made sure I was comfortable throughout! The staff provided me with biscuits and bottles of water and at the end of the treatment gave me a whole box of biscuits to take home. 10/10 service!!

I had a traumatic experience with a spa in the north of Vietnam (Hanoi) where they had fake good reviews. So I was very careful with this spa. But I can guarantee, that you will not regret it when you go here! The good reviews are real! Went there twice. First for a foot massage and the next day for a 90 min 4 hand massage. The staff is super nice. And I loved the coconut crackers you’ll get afterwards 😍

5 Senses Spa in Hoi An was a wonderful experience. My 4 friends and I went in for a bunch of treatments. They made room for us and it was the best massage ever! I had the Vietnamese Relaxing Massage and the Nourishing Facial. I left feeling relaxed. We went back another time for a pedicure and had another wonderful experience.

I went here twice during my stay in Hoi an. I had Am both times (second by request) and she was fantastic. Great medium pressure massage - I usually get firm but after a bit of running I just wanted something a little more bearable whilst still effective and she nailed it. I think ended up getting gel nail colour done too and she did a great job of those too. I’d say this was my best spa experience in Vietnam (I’ve been to VN twice now) - it’s reasonably priced but very high quality. Highly recommended.

Came with my husband, they were able to accommodate us right away. The herbal foot bath and cinnamon tea were a lovely start as we waited for our room to be readied. Everything smells good. Very earthy decor. The hot stone massage was light and relaxing, just what I wanted. Followed it with the intensive eye treatment, no clue what it’s worth in the long term but it certainly felt nice and included a scalp massage. I’d definitely return for more treatments next time I’m in Hoi An.

My sister recommended the spa as she's been there before and loved it. Absolutely amazing massage, great therapists, and very hygienic. They treated us to cookies at the end and gave us a whole bag for later. Highly recommend.

I recieved the best message in Hoi An. I got the 4 hands message for such an amazing price. Everything from beginning to end was everything you would hope for. They took me on time. I felt relaxed the entire time but at the same time these women went to work on me. They really got deep into my tissues and I felt my body open up more and more as the service progressed. Cannot recommend enough. Now stop reading my review and get in here and see for yourself!!! 10 stars

Really nice and relaxing massage. Good price too. The people are super friendly and welcoming. However sometimes the main door got left open for a minute or so and I could hear all the bikes outside. Besides that it was great.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The foot massage was the best one I received in Hoi An and the atmosphere was the relaxing too. We forgot our bag of shopping there and they dropped it off at our hotel and didn’t take any extra money after we insisted on paying extra.

Just had an amazing hot lava stone massage here with my MIL. It was money well spent. The masseuse were amazing. The pressure was just right. There was no pushing of extra services. They encouraged low voices and the staff don't talk very loud with each other so it was a relaxing experience. I Highly recommend!

I did package three which is a 240 minute treatment. It comes with a full body massage, a facial, a body scrub, and a manicure and pedicure. It was amazing. the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The beds were very comfortable and the woman that did the massage did not get tired even after four hours! It was super relaxing and a great price. All for such a great price! I would definitely recommend.

Did a Vietnamese relaxing massage for an hour, and also waxing! The ladies were super great and it was one of the most pleasant massages I’ve had, it was very enjoyable.
