Bi's Relax Beauty Salon & Spa

Highly recommend Bi and her services. I recently had my manicure done with gel nails and Bi was great. She’s a lovely person, speaks English well and we chatted while she did her magic on my nails. Two weeks later they still look fresh! Wish I can go back to Hoi An every time I need my nails done :)

I had my nails done here with a friend, I had never applied gel on them before (and don't have the best nails ahaha). Bi is very friendly and has excellent english skills, which made communication easy and our time there very pleasant. Great service and excellent products, we are super happy with the results:)

Bi’s spa is excellent! I had 3 massages here. The prices were very reasonable, but most important, the service was very good. everything is clean. I had one 60 minute and two 90 minute massages. The hot stones were so nice.

Go talk to Bi! I went to this place at least 6 or 7 times during my month long stay in Hoi An. I was in town for 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and I always looked forward to seeing Bi and the gals every Friday night, and sometimes during the week.

Bi works hard and she is so friendly, it's nice to just sit in the chairs and enjoy a cup of tea with her and her sister and pals. The massage space is small, but the massages are great. The prices are fantastic.

I also got a gel pedicure done there and Bi did a great job.

Though the place was kind of far from where I was staying, I always came to Bi's Relax for a massage, even if there were places closer, just to hang out before and after the service. Here's a pic of us with Bi when we went to dinner together, just for fun.

My wife and my daughter came for eyelashes extensions, nail services and neck massage. I did my foot massage with them while waiting for my ladies. They love it. Prices are reasonable.

Thank you to Bi for being so kind and providing a great service - she removed my damaged nail extensions and did a lovely job with my new gel manicure, it completely saved my trip and I felt like I was in very safe hands with her. Highly recommend!

I came in for a hair wash and neck & shoulder massage. Bi offered for me to have a foot massage at the same time for a small additional price. It was heavenly to have two people massaging me. I felt like a princess 😁 If you’ve never had a hair wash in Vietnam before, you should try it here! After sudsing up your hair and scratching your scalp to remove any itchiness, Bi massages acupressure points around your face, head and neck. So good! I didn’t want the feeling to end so I asked for a back massage afterwards. I would definitely go back again next time I’m in Hoi An!

Bi's (pronounced "Bee's") is a lovely, welcoming place. Bi has warmth, charm and good English, so you get exactly what you ask for, always with a smile. I had three massages here and loved them all. My wife was very happy with her manicure. We were offered a generous discount in low season (July). I think you get more than you pay for here. We won't be looking any further afield.

This is the place to come in Hoi An. It started with my nails which Bi spent so much time making perfect. Then Bi offered to clean my feet and remove the dead skin. This was incredible, my feet have not been smoother.

Later we came for a massage. After a fair few massages in Vietnam I can confidently say this one was the best.

Everyone is so friendly. I can’t wait to come back here when I return to Hoi An.

Amazing neck and shoulder massage. Loved it! The staff are super friendly and bend over backwards to customize to your needs. I felt very humbled by their humility and kindness. High quality massage and great service, why go elsewhere? Also, it’s always nice to support the businesses that are not in the heart of the tourist zone.

Visited twice very friendly owner. Excellent massage different masseuse each time. Best I found for price while in Vietnam and nice not to be propositioned.

We came here for a spa day with manicure, pedicure facials and massage. All staff were super friendly and provided perfect treatments for us all.
She also recommended the great coffee across the road, helping us order the best coffee we had since visiting Vietnam.

My partner and I came here for a full body massage and facial. Bi is so friendly and gave us a great deal, the price was really good value as the massage was excellent. The place is clean and the staff were professional. Nothing was rushed and we had time to decide what we wanted to get beforehand and negotiate a price. The therapists asked us if we had any particular aches and pains before starting and where needed extra attention. Highly recommend!

We've stayed three days in Hoi an. Second day I had a manicure and hand/arm massage scrub. Next day I've had the full body relax massage. They're very good and nice! A place you want to visit again..
