Tan Thanh Garden Homestay

Charming and absolutely lovely home stay connected to the Sound of Silence cafe. Excellent, warm and not intrusive service. Coffees were outstanding. Housekeeping very clean. The baguettes served with breakfast were very nice. It gets a bit chilly and windy during the winter season. We recommend bringing warm clothes and an umbrella or rain gear.

This is truly a beautiful place! The breakfast is superb. Multiple rooms with ocean views and if not you get a nice patio.

This place is an absolute wonder. The atmosphere is so serene, the gorgeous garden offers plenty of shadow to sit in during the day, the drinks are exquisite, and the rooms very comfortable and clean.

After visiting Vietnam from North to South for two weeks, we were looking for the perfect piece of heaven to relax in and we found it with Tan Thanh Garden Homestay. The place is directly by the beach, with no road in-between. The staff is lovely and always willing to help - like a small family by the beach, breakfast is included, the coffee and juices are great, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very clean and they clean up every day - they even offer laundry, massage, and mani-/pedicure services in-house. We felt very at home here and even prolonged our stay for 3 days. My wife and I totally recommend this place - an oasis of relaxation, pampering, and seaside enjoyment.

Stayed here for five nights with my family while in Hoi An, everything was perfect from the rooms to the location to the food to the staff.
The beach was lovely and private and so close to our rooms which was perfect for us - breakfast in the morning could be enjoyed looking on to the beach or wherever you would like to sit.
The location of the home stay is perfect - nice secluded spot with plenty of restaurants and bars near by and only a 10 minute taxi into the main town.
The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, Van especially made us feel so welcome and gave us plenty of recommendations and advice while travelling in Vietnam.
Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Hoi An. 10/10 ⭐

The rooms were lovely and cosy and offered a mosquito net which was perfect at night time - the only downfall was that our particular room was a bath shower rather than a normal shower but that is only a minor inconvenience

We stayed at Tan Thanh Garden Homestay for a few nights during our Vietnam trip and it was amazing - Beautiful beach view from the room, warm and friendly staff and great coffee!

The place is right on the beach, a bit away from the hustle and bustle so it’s almost like having a private beach on the doorstep.

of rooms and nature. People are so sweet and helpful, took care of our each and everything from vegetarian food till our transportation arrangements for d island trip. Definitely gonna visit this place again :)

We spent 8 nights here and really enjoyed ourselves. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful we really enjoyed them. V and Vong were wonderful. It's a great location to sit on the beach or under the trees. Great cafe serves food and drink, great breakfast included with the room. Our room was clean and comfortable, it had a shower, toilet and sink, plus a good sized fridge. Air Conditioning work well. We didn't need the mosquito net for the bed, hardly any bugs around during June. Good selection of local restaurants, our favorite was just over the road from the Salt Pub, modern Vietnamese style food. I'd go back to Tan Thanh Garden in a heartbeat, in fact I wish I was there now.

We loved our stay at Tan Thanh Garden Homestay! This peaceful, tranquil little hotel was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved having delicious breakfast in the garden, the clean beach steps away, free beach chairs, coffee shop on location and the friendliest staff. V helped us arrange transportation, tours and guides and was so positive and helpful. We would be fortunate to stay here again with the amazing staff.

Beautiful garden, amazing location! We loved our stay here. Staffs were very friendly and caring. Having breakfast overlooking this private beach is hard to beat. Joint café makes really good coffees too.

Incredibly beautiful beach hotel. Amazing garden with view over the beach where cocktails and dinner is served. Rooms were very clean, modern and it felt like you walked straight into summer. Private beach area with chairs and umbrellas. Nothing to do around in that immediate area, but your only a 10min ride away from Hoi An.

I booked into this beautiful homestay for 5 nights and had a small issue with my room. The staff at Tan Thanh in particular Tuan could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient in sorting it out.

This is a stunning, serene setting right on the beach. The staff are so wonderful, helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. It also has a little coffee shop attached with the BEST coffee. Would absolutely recommend an extended stay here 5 stars for a homestay and again thank you to Tuan for all of her help ☺

The staff at reception are so friendly and speak English fluently. Both guests and visitors can enjoy wonderful view of beach and have some drinks.They offer free and delicious breakfast which you can eat inside your room or the cozy garden either.

Tan Thanh Garden homestay is a beautiful and quiet place at the (An Bang) beach, only 5 km from Hoi An. The owners are wonderful people, helping you in whatever way. When they found out that our son was celebrating his birthday, they even bought his birthday cake and flowers.So sweet!
The rooms are nice and clean. Their garden is a beautiful place, with its private entrance to and space at the beach. You can use their bicylces for free to bike to Hoi An town (15-20 minutes) It is a little paradise in Vietnam.

Magical location on a beautiful beach with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Hoi An and lots of local eating places within walking distance. Our second stay here in two years.

Tan Thanh Garden Homestay is a beautiful little resort with direct access to the large beach. There are only a few rooms, which makes it a rather quite place, perfect for a couple of relaxing days while travelling the country. The family offers an excellent service, preparing an individual breakfast in the morning and dishes and beverages all day long. Hoi An is nearby and can be reached in less than half hour by bike, which can be rented for free at the homestay. I can recommend Tan Thanh Garden Homestay to anyone who visits Hoi An.
