Very professional service at Mrs Thu laundry, I used them 3 times while in Hoi N.
Pick up and delivery to my hotel same day with very prompt email communication.
Laundry was clean and folded beautifully would definitely use next time I visit

Very quick and reliable service. Contacted them at 9am - washing picked up by 10am and dropped back to my hotel by 7pm. They take a photo of your clothes on the scale to show you how many kgs your washing weighs . Highly recommended

Contacted Mrs.Thu's laundry service through WhatsApp and arranged to have our laundry picked up at the hotel.
Instant response from her with a pricelist, I confirmed and she said they would pickup the laundry within the hour and to just leave it at reception.
The laundry was ready in the afternoon, dropped off, folded and neatly wrapped.

Amazing service - highly recommend! Organised via WhatsApp and included pick up and drop off to/from our hotel in Hoi An. Family of 4 from Australia badly needing some washing done after a week of travelling. Washed, folded and packaged nicely - thank you!

I used their services today and am pleased with the results. They responded almost immediately to my inquiries via Whatapp, and were able to pick up and drop off at the hotel within the same day, on time too; quoted price of 30k per kilo is very reasonable for the seamless experience. Clothes came back clean and nicely folded. To be fair, their service isn't particularly unique for the town (ie, many other businesses charge the same amount), but I had a good experience overall and would use again when I'm in Hoi An.

Great service. Fast responses. Clothes were picked up on time and returned when promised. Price was very reasonable and the clothes were washed, dried, and smelled great! I even had two sweatshirts and a heavy pair of jeans and they were all fresh and dry. Highly recommend!

Really great! Laundry perfectly well done and folded in a few hours. So convenient, they can pick up and return the clothes to the hotel. The best: both the mother and her daughter are so lovely.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had at a laundry. I wish Mrs Thu was in my country. I would have all my laundry done here every week. Will definitely be back next time we are in Hoi An!

Lovely and perfect! I went there for ~3kg of clothes (1kg =30k VND) and everything was done in the same day, packed into a plastic bag.
Avoid the laundry service of the hotel, they will do the same with extra (extra) fees!

I went here after reading other reviews and they were spot on, Mrs Thu is delightful and her washing service is quick and the clothes were well folded and smelled great. She was over the moon to see us back again with another load of washing later on, we also organised our transfer back to Da Nang with her and she was so appreciative!

Mrs Thu came highly recommended online which is why we picked her out of all the laundry services around. She did a great job on our 6 kilos of laundry ... only 25,000 dong/ kilo. Clothes come back very clean and smelling great. All in good condition even my lorna Jane workout tights.

Perfect service. Lovely old lady. Washing done for $1.50. or 30000 Dong. Give her a tip (she deserves one) and you might even get a high five. The same price only gets me 1 pair of shorts washed at my hotel. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I dropped off 3kgs of laundry this morning. 1USD per kg (around 35K). Originally we asked to pick it up at 7pm, but after our plans changed we emailed Mrs Thu and she was highly accommodating and said we could collect our laundry at 3pm. Everything was perfectly folded, socks all paired together, smelt great and felt super clean. She was lovely, friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
