River Beach Resort & Residences

My stay at River Beach Resort was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself was sparkling clean and beautifully maintained, offering a spacious and cozy room with some complimentary drinks. Everything from the lobby to the room was spotless and inviting.

This is not a luxury hotel. It is a bit dated and work is being done to update rooms. However, the rooms were very spacious, staff were fantastic, it is a small walk to an excellent beach and there is a shuttle to take you into the Hoi An centre (of you want more flexibility you get a taxi cheaply - the taxis are very cool). The spa is very good for a massage and prices are very reasonable.

A fantastic stay. Everything we asked for came instantly and with very bug smile; no matter what time of the day or night it was. Anna and Lily were not only great staff but became good friends within 24 hours of our arrival. If we come back to Hoi An, we'll stay here, and one of the big reasons will be these two wonderful human beings. The rooms are very spacious, and so are the toilets. You could lie down on your bed and look at the boats floating by in the river, across the lush green lawns dotted with coconut palms. A clean and lovely swimming pool area. Staff are very, very friendly. A sumptuous spread of breakfast. Beach is a stone throw away. There is a bar right on the river to top it all. Hoi An is about 4 km. The resort provides shuttle service rill 1630 p.m. they also provide bicycles if you wish to; or just rent a two-wheeler across the streets. There are a few sea food restaurants nearby, a bit expensive though. Hoi An for us wouldn't be complete without this stay. Again, we must thank Anna and Lily for making it so memorable.

It's 5kms from Hoi An City Center but they provide shuttle service to their guests. Peaceful place, good food, clean and fresh rooms! Have spa and other facilities too. Happy place to live 😃

Beautiful resort near the river and sea. Nice swimming pool, breakfast can be improved.

My husband and I stayed here for just over 2 weeks! The staff were helpful at all times, always welcoming, treated us like family and very friendly. Our room was lovely and spacious facing the river, a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning! A huge Thankyou to Anna, Lily, Young and the rest whom I can't spell their names for their kindness and genuine generosity. We will be back next year to hopefully see you all again! Fabulous accommodation. The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. Lovely to be able to return after a day of sightseeing to the pool area that had bar facilities. I have no hesitation in recommending River Beach Resort.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We felt really looked after and cared for by the staff. The beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and the wonderful Hoi An is a short (cheap) taxi ride away. Our 5 nights there were the highlight of our holiday.

Lovely 3 night stay at River Beach. Absolutely beautiful friendly manager at front desk, nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful. Free shuttle to town (10mins out of town), pool lovely and clean and beach only a block away. Big bed & big clean rooms with aircon & balcony.

Cool , peaceful , pleasent , romantic , comfortable stay . Very helpful staff . Specially Ms Anna is very very helpful in everything . She not only take good care for you at hotel but also gave us correct advises about local things like activities , shopping etc . We felt extremely comfortable there and would like to go again .

About property : Nice airy rooms , large beds with clean linen , river and garden views , pool , bar .. what else one want ...

Yes I also like the washroom . It was very large with huge bathtub .. A must stay place in Hai An

A friendly resort & Residence

I had a four-day trip in Hoi An from April 26th to April 29th, 2023. I was very happy to choose River Beach Resort & Residences, a riverside hotel on the De Vong River. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the price is very affordable.
Rooms at River-Beach feature balconies overlooking the pool, garden or De Vong River.Cyclo Café and Restaurant owned by River Beach Resort & Residence offers guests to taste traditional Vietnamese dishes.

River Beach Resort & Residences is located on the banks of the De Vong River, guests can enjoy the view of the De Vong River. It is only a 2-minute walk from Cua Dai Beach and can enjoy the view of the beach. It also provides bicycles for guests free of charge, so that guests can ride bicycles to see the ancient city of Hoi An, or go to the nearby villages to enjoy the rural beauty of Hoi An.

The staff at River Beach Resort & Residences are friendly and helpful, especially Anna, she is a warm-hearted and patient lady. During my travel consultation, she helped me arrange a four-day sightseeing in Hoi An and Da Nang Tourism, including tour guides, transportation, and at the same time, she also helped me contact and arrange several tourist towns such as Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hanoi, and Sapa that I will go to after my Hoi An tour, including: tour guide, transportation, and they made my trip in Vietnam very smooth and comfortable.

River Beach Resort & Residence made me have a very good travel experience in Vietnam. Here, I would like to thank Anna and other staff again.

Beach Resort & Residences is a hotel worth recommending to stay in Hoi An. If I come back to Hoi An in the future, I will still choose to live in Beach Resort & Residences.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast ist good and it has a nice view over the River.

We were here for about a week. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The hotel is well situated, 900m to the beach, staff here are very professional and attentive, especially front desk manager Anna, large and very clean room. We asked for a room with two single beds, they upgraded us to a family suite for FREE, beautiful river view, sitting on the balcony, watching sunrise and sunset, it is like heaven!

We had such a relaxing time on our holiday. We enjoyed some wonderful local food. The water of ocean is so fresh and clean, and the temperature is just refreshing – not too hot and not too cold. I really enjoyed my holiday in this resort in Hoi An. I loved the fresh air and the scenery, and of course the food. I will certainly be going back there another year, as I think it’s one of my favourite parts of the world. Thanks you so much ❤

I loved the service, the staff were amazing and could not do enough during my stay and honestly made us feel like family. I wish them every success in the future and may The dreaded virus finish and bring an end to the people of this lovely country I urge people to visit Vietnam where you are appreciated as a visitor and guest to their country. The room was spacious n neat and clean. The staff members were amazingly courteous. The ambience was awesome .. the view from the room was spectacular.... it was calm n tranquil . I strongly recommend this resort .. Thanks Anna n all the staff members .. !

Nice hotel in a great position. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach. Staff at resort were awesome. They treated our tour group like family. Staff in local shops and restaurants are the friendliest I've ever experienced. We felt like part a the village and were sad to leave

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The lift was not working (they were replacing it) and we were given a gift to apologise for the small inconvenience. The pool was very nice and the room was comfortable.

This hotel is perfectly positioned in Cau Dai area of Hoi An very close to the seafront and beach. The quality of the rooms is good and all the facilities work. Most of the rooms overlook the garden.or the river ana although located on a busy street the hotel is not affected by noise.
The level of service in the breakfast area is good and so is the quality and range of food.

The staff are very helpful and make every effort to ensure your stay is good.

For a hotel in the medium price range this represents great value for money especially for it's location and I highly recommend it.
