The cowboy boots we got made here were exceptional. They made them so fast, less than 24 hours. Aside from the boots, the owner and staff were the friendliest people we have interacted with on our entire trip. She was very supportive in helping us navigate pricing and offered affordable alternatives. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to get your shoes done. They really helped us with all what we needed, made as many changes as needed until we were fully satisfied.

What I valuated the most was their honesty. I wanted some specific shoes that they couldn’t make in high quality so instead of making them anyway and getting my money they just told me not to do it. Anita especially was a 10/10. Would definitely come back again

Great place to get tailored leather goods if you are in Hoi An! We were recommended this place and couldn't be happier! We got a few pairs of shoes and a leather belt tailored to our exact measurements, desired materials, and designs for a great price. They were so good we even got a few extra pairs after our first fitting where we got to see them and try them on for the first time. Anita was so helpful, spoke perfect English and was so accomodating! We got two pairs of leather boots made and they were ready in 24 hours plus excellent quality. Cheaper than stores on the main strip for great shoes.

I had a great experience with Anita at CATS! When I first went in, I had two pairs of custom shoes made - everyone was so thorough in helping pick out the right color and style of leather. I also had a bag made that was an exact copy of a beloved purse I got years ago and was breaking from use. When I went in for a fitting, I also brought this bag to get a zipper added to the top - in no time at all, CATS had perfectly color matched the leather and added a zipper that looks like it was always part of the bag. Lovely shop with lovely people, and a turnaround time that can’t be beat.

So happy to have stumbled across this shop! I initially met Linh, and then designed a leather bag with her and Anita and the results were incredible. We worked together to design a leather duffel that could also be converted to a backpack and I was blown away by the results. I highly recommend this shop. They were welcoming and collaborative and just a lot of fun to work with and the bag is something I’m super proud to own and will forever use. Ask them for the “Logan bag” if you’re interested 😏

I got boots and a belt and they look great. All the ladies very helpful. I decided to change the shape of the front of my boot after it was made and they were able to take it back and change the shape. Great service!

Anita was so helpful! You can customize your shoes with any color and style. They even have new styles!

My husband and I were in Hoi An for a couple days getting some clothes tailored at one of the nicer places in town. They highly recommend CATS shop to us for any leather products so we checked it out. We found their selection to be better than some of the other leather shops in the area. I found this gorgeous green leather bag that I hadn’t seen anywhere else and fell in love with it. My husband got a custom leather jacket and we found the quality and service to be excellent. We worked with Anita who was so friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get some custom shoes/purses/jackets/bags etc. They can have it made in around 24 hours and will have you come in the next day for a follow up fitting to make sure your item fits perfectly. It really helps if you bring pictures of what you’re looking for to show them as they can replicate anything you want.

Best leather Tailors in Hoi An, great prices, beautiful leather and skilled/friendly staff. I went in just wanting a belt but ended up getting two camera straps, a belt, a pair of shoes and a camera harness that they had never made before. The harness in particular was a new order for them but they executed it perfectly on the first try. I am super happy with it. They even helped find cheap taxis and shipping out of kindness alone. Anita was the best.

I was introduced to this wonderful shop by a friend from the UK that had been there. Hoai took care of me from the very start, such amazing service and super quick turnaround. I saw a bag off the shelve that I loved in a different colour and then decided I wanted it made with a different colour. I then ended up choosing some shoes in the same leather, and a belt. I placed my order on Wednesday night and the bags were ready by Thursday afternoon with customisations, I tested the shoes and it needed altering and that's was done by Thursday night! Super quick, friendly service by all of the staff. I'm so happy with the quality, price and amazing service received and would totally recommend this place.

I ordered a pair of boots and loafers with two belts, very last minute because I really liked the shoes my friends had customised and I wanted to get my own.

She was so patient, excellent recommendations, fast, efficient... and we were so pleased with how everything turned out. We had quite a few custom clothes made in Hoi An, but this was our BEST experience. You'll love this shop!!

Went in and got some black Leather Shoes made. Anita helped me out and the process was all very straightforward and easy, she took measurements and asked what my preferences were for shoe style/color. Got a pair of Loafers made in less than 24 hours that fit perfectly, and a matching belt! They were very helpful the entire time.

My daughter and I got some shoes made to order, custom fit and we chose the leather for inside and out. My daughter finally got the red cowboy boots she always wanted, which are a perfect fit and look great, she is thrilled. We tried on the shoes the next morning firstly, made some adjustment, tried again later and then we went again to pick up the final product the following morning, so fast. The owners wife told me her family own the store and the leather factory that make many of the other shops products, so Cats are as direct to the Cobbler as you can get.

Quality custom made shoes with great service. We were extremely pleased with the ladies sandals and mens sports shoes made to measure. Coming from Australia, we were overwhelmed by the number of tailors in Hoi An, however, Cats was the perfect choice with high end quality footwear at a good price. We will be back!

We went to CATS to get tailormade shoes. Upon selection, the staff was very patient and helpful. The entire staff really wanted to make sure that you leave the store entirely satisfied. Linh, who guided us through the large selection of different types and colors of leather was very detail-oriented, friendly and gave good recommendations. All in all, excellent service and good value for money.
