Tram was so kind, helpful, booking Easy Rider tour to Hue. I would give her 10 stars. Very thorough, and confirmed all details. I will call her to book other tours even when not in the city....Service is 100%+ She also helped me with phone to ensure my SIM card would still be active, she called the company and made sure I still had mobile wifi for another month

Tram is a very nice and helpful person and she speaks English really well. She arranged my bus ticket to Nha Trang and even asked if everything was okay while I was waiting (bus was a bit late, she asked the driver and called me to tell me the bus will come in a few minutes, which it did). Would definitely book there again!
