Annie and her sister are absolutely the sweetest. We visited over TET holidays, so the shop was closed. But Annie still rushed over to meet us. The consultation was easy, and it helps that I had references of what I wanted. They were very meticulous when it comes to taking measurements. I got a suit, extra blazer, pencil skirt, and evening gown done. My partner had a beautiful linen suit made. Annie then came all the way to Da Nang for our fitting a few days later. So pleased with the final products, and I would love to come back!

I originally went in to get a jumpsuit re made that I brought with me and one dress and we came out with my dream wardrobe!!

We took photos of what we were after and the team at Simon’s made the dream come alive! As soon as we walked in, Annie made us feel so welcome and was incredibly hospitable. Incredibly quick turn around with great fittings - no pressure and really cared about what you were after.

The quality of the sewing is excellent (important to me as I am a basic sewer), the finishes were clean and tidy and the material was excellent quality.

Price was outstanding for what you get! I ended up getting two dresses, one jumpsuit, two dress pants, two linen pants, one blazer, one short. And my partner decided they were so great he also got two pairs of pants and a shirt.

Annie also shipped everything home for us seeing as we were motorcycling.

Don’t look elsewhere - Simon the Tailor is the place!! Our visits there throughout our stay became one of our favourite experiences in Hoi An. They also keep your measurements so you can order online from home!! A+++.

What a pleasant experience it was to work with Annie and her sister. From the very beginning we felt very taken care of, Annie is a great listener and even gave us tips with the different customizations we wanted for each piece of clothing. We had only 2 full days in Hoi An and they completed our pieces before our departure - each one was perfect and we were very happy with the outcome!

I'm so glad we went with her shop instead of the many tailors in Old Town, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be ordering more from her in the future. Highly recommend you visit her if you're in Hoi An :)

Visited here. First time we bought 1 suit (Inc 2 pants), sports jacket for men. I bought suit jacket, pants, dress, skirt, 4 tops. Was so impressed with the service from the 2 sisters; both very friendly and great customer service, patient and not pushy at all. When I go back for second fitting I am so impressed I want to buy more! So I buy one shorts, 1 more jacket and 1 more pants. Highly recommend the sisters

I can absolutely recommend this tailor. Annie and her family worked a great deal to produce two pants, two shirts, and a blazer for me. As I had very particular cuts in mind (nothing standard but more eccentric and uncommon), it took several attempts, but in the end I was very satisfied. Annie even agreed to do a couple of alterations of small issues that I detected a couple of days after picking up my stuff. She even sent it via express mail to another city in Vietnam, all of this without extra charge. If you need an amazing tailor in Hoi An - look no further. Thanks Annie, best wishes 🙏

Amazing experience at Simons the tailor. I originally went there to get a suit and ended up buying 5 outfits ! Annie makes you feel like home and you get the VIP treatment, not like the big other tailors where it’s overcrowded.

A++++ experience and highly recommend anyone looking for custom tailored clothing to come here! I’m traveling with my husband and his brother and wife, and the boys were looking to get custom made suits while we’re in Hoi An. Simon’s the Tailor is a short walk from our hotel and we happened to be passing by on our walk to Old Town yesterday afternoon and decided to stop in - and we’re so glad we did! The friendly woman who greeted us and helped us pick the fabrics and colors and walked us through the process was amazing - she and her family / extended family manage every aspect (measurements, cutting, sewing, etc.). It’s a family run business that’s warm, welcoming, and trustworthy. We’re only in Hoi An for one night and they were able to turn around 2 suits and 1 shirt within less than 24h - truly amazing and accommodating to our short travel schedule - measurements at 3pm, 1st fitting same day 9pm, then final fitting the next morning 9:30am (fit was perfect and we were able to take it with us right then and there). Another exciting aspect is they keep your measurements so you can order clothing in the future and have it shipped to your home. It was a remarkable experience and we will be recommending this shop to all of our friends and family visiting Hoi An.

During our stay in Hoi An we kept coming back to the wonderful ladies of Simon's. They deliver high quality for sharp prices. We were more than satisfied with our clothes and truly appreciated their personal approach.

Going to Simons the Tailor felt like visiting family. Annie and Lan are so welcoming and attentive and made the whole experience so much fun. The volume of clothing they could churn out in such a limited time (about 14 items of clothing in les than 48 hours) was incredible and the quality was amazing. They made sure you were happy with every final small detail before they considered the job done and were happy to make any additional alterations or requests last minute. Would highly recommend, if not for the quality, affordability and service, then just for the fact that they are the loveliest ladies in town.

Wonderful shop and family business. We were for 1.5 days in Hoi An and ordered 4 pieces, which were perfectly made. Very friendly, highly recommended.

Simon The Tailor was an experience like any other I’ve had. I loved every interaction I had with our tailors. This is a small, family owned business with the ENTIRE family being professionally trained as such.

Do not discount their ability to complete a large job- my wife and I were able to order two dresses, a dress shirt, and a full suit in under 36 hours; this is with every item being produced meticulously, each item being double and triple checked that it fits just as it should.

The price was even better than I expected, if I were to base it on quality alone. But their friendliness, service, and dedication to making our product perfect made Simon the Tailor priceless.

This business is a bit off the main shopping of Hoi An, but we’ll worth it. They even delivered my finished product to my hotel! If you want custom clothing while in Hoi An, you MUST come here.

We went to Simon’s for a suit, some shirts and a dress. The service is really good, it’s a family run business with great care. They can help you with choosing your outfits/colors. Also the tailoring was very fast, if you have little time they can take it into account. If we come back to Hoi An, we would surely come back to Simon’s. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended this tailoring shop to anyone looking for top of the range suits at an affordable and reasonable price. Myself & a friend purchased 3 suits between us as well as 3 shirts.

Customer service was amazing. We were provided with water & snacks while we discussed various suit designs that were customised to our liking. The initial design consultation was followed by two custom fitting sessions the following day to ensure they were tailored to our liking.

I had some clothes made at Simon the Tailor and within the first hour of me wearing the shirt, I received several compliments.

Overall, we had 8 suits made and several tops for 4 people. We arrived on Wed, fitted on Thursday and clothes delivered to the hotel on Friday.

We found this tailor online before arriving and we were not disappointed. The service is simply perfect. Our best time in Hoi An was actually spent in the tailors! They even offered us some local Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. Other tailors in the town will follow you down the street or shout at you from their shops but not this one. The tailor is located just outside the centre of the old town so it's nice and calm with not a lot of tourists. My suit and my girlfriend's jumpsuit turned out really well. We will definitely be ordering from them in the future !

Working with Annie and her family was incredible. We had a full linen suit, two sets of linen tops and pants and some additional shorts all made within 24 hours.
They were incredibly accommodating to any requests and the quality of their work is amazing.
