I had a pair of Chelsea boots made here and I'm really very happy with this decision.
The boots fit very well, the leather is soft and, in my opinion, the boots are well crafted.

It's helpful if you can show photos of what the shoe/boot should look like in order to get what you imagine, just great!

Highly recommend for good price, quality service and workmanship. Thank you for the beautiful leather shoes! The lady gave us a really good price, cheaper than other stores. Was very helpful, and made the shoe with good quality.

We were only at Hoi a for one night, so we paid in full and had all measurements done. She shipped to shoes to HCM, and they arrived really quickly (just within 2 days)

Loved the bespoke shoes and slip-ons that Hieu (Lady Boss) made for me. Reasonable pricing and they were made with real leather. Way too many leather shops in Old Town and they have been sprucing up alot too. This shop has been around this area for the past 10 years and easy for pick-ups since vehicles could pass the street unlike the restricted zones.

Showed Hieu a picture of my favourite pair of Melissa which I missed dearly and she made it in leather. The shoes were soft and felt comfortable to be worn all day!Awesome!

I use this shop EVERY time I’m in Hoi An. The prices and the leather quality are amazing.

My Fiancé got boat shoes made here (see picture) and he LOVES them.

1 year later I took my whole family here, we got replicas of our Hermes sandals, boat shoes and trainers. We are very happy with our shoes and they were made in less than 24 hours.

We bought two leather jackets and a small bag, and couldn’t have asked for better service. Not only did they tailor make one of the jackets on the day for my friend, they made one for me too AND even delivered to our hotel in Da Nang for free. The ladies had great english and were very enthusiastic saleswomen, thanks so much for the amazing jackets! Cảm ơn :)

Had a bag and a pair of shoes made and we were so impressed that we ended up having two pairs of boots made as well! Service and workmanship ver good and prices very reasonable, highly recommended.

This place gets overlooked because they aren't on tripadvisor and just now (Jan 31 2019) getting on maps. The owner speaks English well, so I think they just do mostly business with locals. I am currently having 6 pairs of shoes made, and three were tried on today, made from pictures I gave on pinterest. I have to say they exceeded my expectations, which was a bit of a surprise. Previously, I always had my shoes made at Friendly Shoe Shop, but the difference in price was a little over 30% different, so I gave her a try and am happy with results. Finally, I can say that she let me go and see the shoes being made because I don't trust easuly and wanted to be sure stiching was actually between leather and sole on boots.

Last but not least, always be sure you pay 50% or less upfront. And be direct with a smile. You will be basically in old town so make sure u compare but most places are just as good as the next (8f they are close together)

She speaks English decently, has a great sense of color, always willing to make a fair deal. I bought 5 pair of shoes here and she even offered to let me go to watch them being made to make sure leather isn’t only glued to sole.

They made me my own custom shoe. I have high arches and they accommodated a nice high arch support. Hieu(The Boss Lady) spoke wonderful English. I went in at night and by lunch the next day they were ready and at a great price. Would recommend and will be back again someday!

サンダルを探して偶然入店したところ、棚の靴は全てサンプルで、左右それぞれ足形と周囲長を計ってオーダーで作成するお店でした。サンダルでもしっかり計り、革の色や種類を選び、空いていたので一時間程度で作ってもらえました。もちろん足にぴったりフィットで大満足。
ただし革靴なら日にちに余裕が必要だと思います。

Edit: going to edit this review. I bought a belt and it fell apart. Luckily I could fix it myself. The Chelsea boots I had made here are of good quality and still holding together well.

The owner of the shop assured us the two bags we purchased would be delivered to our hotel in time for us to leave. This was not the case. What was promised to be an 11am delivery turned into a 12:15pm drop off. When we finally got our bags we could see signs of incomplete stitching, poor quality leather cuts, and marker stains from when they measured the cuts. Like other reviews claim, the shop will delay your order delivery until the last minute so you cannot argue any discrepancies. They also insist on payment in full upon ordering, which is not typical of custom made goods in the area. In fact, we didn’t even know our bags had been dropped with the front desk because she did not even call us to say she’d arrived. Based on other reviews claiming dishonest business practices and my own experience, I do not recommend this shop for custom bags.

Service is good, shoes look nice, friendly.
But the shoes are unusable. The soles are very cheap: they are made of very, very hard rubber, almost plastic. The bottom side of the soles is hollow, all weight lands on the thin outer edge. Sounds like I am walking on wooden heels. Very uncomfortable to walk with.

I went there to have my backpack repaired. She sewed my broken hip belt by hand and it looks like a 10 year old did the job. Terrible quality. I would not recommend buying anything here.

Me and my wife bought some shoes at this shop. My wife got some sandals tailor made and I bought some boots, to pick the colour and type of leather we showed her a shoe on display of exactly what we wanted. She said yeah no worries. We came back the next day to get the shoes fitted. But realised the colour of the sandals wasn’t the colour we originally wanted. Also the same with the leather boots, the leather was real poor quality. When we asked to see the samples we were going off, we couldn’t find them in the shop, coincidence that we couldn’t find them, she had taken them off the shelf. When we asked to see them, she said they were being used to make copies at the shoe tailor. She blatantly lied to us. I wouldn’t get shoes tailored here, the fact that she lied to us isn’t good business practice. Also she asked for us to pay full price up front which isn’t the proper way, it should only be a small 20% deposit like other places in hoi an. Also be careful when they ask what day you leave hoi an, as they will ask to deliver your shoes to your hotel on the day you leave, right up to the last minute, so you can’t argue any discrepancies. Please don’t go here.

너무 대충 만들어서 실망 입니다. 색깔은 그렇다 쳐도, 스트치가 들쭉 날쭉하고, 신발 코 길이가 샘플과 너무 다르고, 신발굽을 좀더 높게 해달라고 요구했지만, 영어를 알아듣는 척은 했지만, 중요한 부분은 하나도 알아듣지 못하고, 듣지 못하더라도 보여지는 부분에 대해서도 너무 실망적임 , 마이너스를 하고 싶지만 별점 한계가 있어서 아쉽네요. 호이안에서 더 오래 머물고 싶은 마음이 사라졌네요.
