My wife and I have had shoes made here for the last 3 years. This is a great shop with highly professional staff that take great care. My wife has had silk high heels, leather shoes, sandals and sneakers. A wide range of materials, superb makers and a fantastic business approach that is about always working to get the shoes perfect. The value for money is exceptional. This shop is everything that is great about Hoi An.

Fortunate to have found this shoemaker. Bought 4 pairs for the family and myself. Shoes and boots were ready in less than 24 hours and all good fit at the first try. The shoes looked premium and felt comfortable. Boss and staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provided warranty, online orders and overseas delivery. Will be back for more, either online or in-person.

I have asked the Friendly Shoe Shop to make several shoes and a belt for me and they have delivered them in 24 hours! The service is amazing, they even made me special sandals with an extra copy of my orthotics that I have brought with me. All of the shoes they made are custom to fit the special needs of my feet. I have met the owner Thong and she is so friendly and so is all the staff! Thank you ladies for the great shoes!

About 1,5 month ago I bought a wallet, chelsea boots and regular shoes.
Both pair of shoes and the wallet are still in good shape.
The service was really great. Both ladies are super friendly and really take the time to help you.

We had shoes made in both friendly shoe shops. To help us try them, they delivered the shoes to one of the shops. Service, quality of shoes and customisations we're great. It's best to arrive with a design in mind because they can do so much

We just had 3 pairs of sandals made here this weekend and cannot rave about the experience enough!! We spent ages choosing shoes, and never felt rushed in the experience. Shoes were absolutely outstanding, and the service is impeccable. I chose a pair of sandals which didn't fit properly, and so within 24 hours they made me another pair which fit perfectly! 6 month guarantee also. Loved the whole experience!!

I had 5 pairs of shoes made and my husband had 1 pair made. I had sandals, ankle boots and knee high boots made. I have large calves so I was thrilled to have the custom boots made with plenty of room. We came in 3x for fittings, minor adjustments were made to maximize our comfort. I brought in pictures of shoes I liked and I picked out a pair similar to what they had on display. The choices of leather are overwhelming so try to have an idea of what you want before going in. My husband is a US size 17, they were able to make a pair of dress shoes for him that he loves but they were unable to make any of the other shoes as their soles are pre-made. The shoes are high quality leather with beautiful stitching and sewing, so they are $35-125 each. I would recommend going in as soon as you get to Hoi An so you can have as many fitting as possible.

Very impressed with both the quality of the shoes and the service. I would recommend to friends and family. I cannot stress the high level of service given by the staff. They brought my shoes to my hotel and arranged shipping. Wow. And the fittings made sure I had the correct size for my extra wide feet.
