Madam Kieu Vietnamese Restaurant

Visited Madam Kieu twice as the live band was good!! There is a different live band each day. Splendid place by the river to people watch, listen to music, have a drink and enjoy the vibes.
Sometimes when they get busy they may miss out or forget orders, just remind the service staff. Food is so-so, not many vegetarian options.

We had both breakfast and lunch here. The food here is really delicious and authentic Vietnamese. We only ordered typical Vietnamese dishes. The coffee is so good and tasted like chocolate. Service is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices here are a bit higher than Cham Cham and Hoi An Cafe.

We only had drinks so I can’t comment about the food but what we had was well prepared.

The view from the second floor was nice as you could see the river and all the people going around with the boats.

The place itself has some nice music and the staff is friendly.

Prices are reasonable given the location.

This became our favorite place to finish our days in Hoi An - we largely came for the music, which was great and super fun. Every day, local artists play a mix of Western and Vietnamese songs in the bands own style.

The Lucky Band, was particularly great and managed to create a fun environment for both young and old people every time they played.

The manager, whose name we never caught, was also super nice and seemed to recognize anyone who had been there more than twice.

Definitely go here for a fun night to relax and chill.

Loved this place! You must visit when you are in Hoi An. Great live music and food. Their special mojito with lots fruits was lovely. Staffs were nice.
I’m flying back to Tokyo tomorrow but will definitely visit you again when I come back to Hoi An:) Thank you!!

I juste wanted to post a thank you message to the band who permitted us to have such a great last night a HOI AN! Good musician and talented singers! Great concert with English and Vietnamese songs. I am sorry I can’t give any advice on the restaurant because we were in another one… but I’m sure it must be good.

Located in a wonderful place in the heart of Hoi An old town, Madam Kieu restaurant gave me a passionate feeling with great music from the young band and the sound of trumpets was so captivating to the listeners! Classic Mojito, it's so nice! 100 points, Madam Kieu Restaurant!

We had a wonderful NYE meal here. Great atmosphere by the river and a great waiter whose English was excellent. I highly recommend their spring rolls! So good we had to get a second serving. My kids loved the pork skewers. They had live music which added to the atmosphere.

a beautiful spot to sit and have a drink, right by the river and night market so can perfect for people watching. drinks were lovely and all included in the 3 for 2 deal which is on from 10am-7pm! staff were attentive and eager to help.

Great vibes with great view of Hoi An night market, river and pagoda bridge. Reasonable price. Singers and live music every night. Very good decoration. Food was good. Friendly staffs. Good value!

Big beers, tasty local food and great live music.

You get a pretty view of the Hoi An river from their balcony. They also have a nice vibe in the restaurant.

I had their Hoi An Chicken Curry and coconut coffee. Both were very tasty.

Good location with a nice river view. Tasty food, though comparatively more expensive to other Vietnamese restaurants. Would recommend.

Spoon arriving the place itself is a very beautiful location. The food was exceptional and we enjoyed the bbq pork specifically. The waiter Nhung was very lovely and served us food very quickly. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to try some authentic Vietnamese food.

Awesome live music band and very good food! The staff was also very nice and reactive. It's in the middle of the very busy area but still nice atmosphere.

Very cozy restaurant with nice view right next to the river. Food is delicious and a lot of varieties. Thank you Hoi and Hoa for their friendly hospitality. We enjoyed our breakfast here very much.

The very first time I tried Cao Lau, the texture & flavor were so special, I kinda like it. with the meal, we also have some nice memory with the band, they enjoy the show so much. I think I will come back here for Banh Xeo and the Beef Hotpot, so tasty

The atmosphere and food were amazing! They even served cold rose wine by the glass and it was lovely! Because we sat up stairs it was sometimes a bit hard to find the waiter but other than that a great experience and I highly recommend.
