Miu Miu Shop-Best shoes and leather accessories in Hoi An

I would highly recommend this leather shop to anyone visiting Hoi An. The owner is a lovely woman named Ly and she helped both my partner and I create some beautiful leather products. I got a pair of shoes, a laptop bag and two pairs of sandals one for my mom and one for my partners mom. Ly was very patient while we face timed our moms to have them pick out their leather colors and sandal designs. She even modified my moms shoes to have extra support where she injured her foot years ago. We were in her shop for over two hours designing every detail and left extremely satisfied. All of our products were finished within the time we were quoted. Next time we visit Hoi An we will definitely be returning to this shop!

Best custom leather shoe store in Hoi An! We got slides, flats, boots, bags and belts all incredibly HIGH quality and beautiful . You really can’t beat the pricing on these items. The shop has SO many options and you can also look in books if you aren’t sure. Having custom shoes is the best thing you can do for yourself ! There is NOTHING like a great fitting shoe. They can do anything in leather here pretty much and have a quick turnaround.

My mom and I customized quite a few leather goods at Miu Miu, and they deserve a five star review because of good service recovery. The handphone pouch that they initially customized for my mom turned out to be too small with bad stitching, and we were not happy with it upon receipt. We conveyed our concern to the Miu Miu staff, and they offered to redo the pouch overnight (as we were due to fly out the next day)and ship it to Da nang free of charge (where we were staying for the last day of our trip). The re-done pouch turned out to be much better (see photo). In addition to the pouch, we also customized leather ballet flats, a tote bag and a travel sling bag. All these turned out well, and my mom received a lot of praises for her colorful tote bag. In conclusion, while there were some minor issues with workmanship, we still had a good experience as they were prepared to address those issues at no additional cost to us.

Very happy the service and quality of products from Miu Miu. The ladies were very friendly and fun to work with. My partner and I had two pairs of men's shoes, a pair of ladies flats and sandals custom made. The turnaround time was quick. I needed my shoes loosened slightly, and it was no problem for them to do and have back again quickly. Would recommend.

Great experience!!! We went to get me a leather belt…ended up with buying two for great deal. But the best thing was getting to know Mrs. Ly. Such a nice, positive and happy lady. She showed us the best place to get custom made dress, a shop with pure natural silk srafs and bunch of lovely places to eat.

I went to multiple leather good stores to find a well constructed, good quality plain black purse and finally found it at this shop. We had good fun negotiating the price with the lovely owner.

Very wonderful staff and super helpful with everything we needed they got my custom leather shoes perfect on the first try. My fiance also got some boots made and they have pulled out all the stops to make sure they were perfect before handing them over. We even found some issues with them after leaving the store but brought them back and they fixed them straight away for us! These ladies will not give up until you are satisfied!
