Hoi An Riverside Resort & Spa

We have spent four days here. Largest rooms so far in Vietnam. Pool is great. Courtesy car to town. Excellent helpful friendly staff. Air conditioner stays on! Good food within walking distance. Today we had a large plate of fresh fruit in room courtesy of hotel. The front desk staff were the best!
The gardens are lovely. Cycles available.

Had the most wonderful stay at Hoi An Riverside Resort & Spa! staffs were so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and were helpful with places to visit and things to see. They helped to organise taxes into the town (which was about a 10 minute drive) and to hire scooters. The hotel is also an easy 10 minute bicycle ride to the beach with shuttle Bus and Bike for free. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good working air con. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hoi An and I can’t wait to go back!

When I choose accommodations on holiday I generally like to stay somewhere not so far from the town and beach, with charm, Hoi An Riverside Resort & Spa is facing to the garden and River, If you are like me then I highly recommend this place.
The gardens are bursting with orchids and flowering foliage. The rooms are clean and tidy. Great air con. Lovely breakfast , good selection of menu items for other times of the day. The PHO was amazing.
The best part however was the staff. One of the girls actually met me after her shift to show me where to buy the best lanterns. And we have post card delivery, great service! Very much appreciated!
They run a shuttle bus free of charge at certain hours for drop off and pick up just outside the ancient town. Free bicycles to use as well.

We loved that place at the first time, Resort is beautifull with Riverside, Garden is much of fruit and flowers. All staff are friendly, breakfast is nice and wifi is strong. My lover love their swimming pool so much, we cycling to the beach everyday. Our room is Traditional Vietnamese style and I love it. It is nice to high recommend for our friends and family. Thank you so much to make our trip more interesting.

My family and I stayed at this hotel. The room was sparkling clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we stayed late in the Hoi An and missed the last shuttle bus, the front desk was super nice to call us a taxi and pay for it when we got back to the hotel. Service was above and beyond. This was definitely one of the better hotels we stayed at in Vietnam

Our honeymoon trip in March is excellent because of Hoi An Riverside Resort & Spa. The staff are so friendly, our room with river view. My wife love their outdoor swimming pool. Housekeeping staff do their good job, room is clean. We have borrow bikes for free to the beach (1km) and shuttle bus is free to the town. We will comeback for next anniversary and high recommend for all the friends and famlily.

this resort was probably the best. The morning buffet was delicious, the staff were amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic. There is a pool, cafe and lounging area there. Easy side into town. can't say enough good things.

The Hoi An Riverside Resort e Spa is amazing!
The service is excellent, the staff are extremely concerned with making our stay perfect. The Hotel area is so quiet, it has a great pool and a great spa, ideal to relax after a long day of walking.
The breakfast with rivervew is unforgettable.
The hotel even offers a free transfer to the Hoi An ancient Town

The best place to stay! Not sure why it is a 4 star hotel, it is definitely a 5. The staff is amazing. The breakfast delicious and the free shuttle into to town is really convenient. There is also a beautiful swimming pool for relaxing when it's sweltering outside

Great hotel! Staff were so professional and we loved the Asian architecture. Tien in the front office helped us with everything we needed, including free shuttle bus to beach or town. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff!

Nice place for stay in Hoi An, it is traditional Vietnamese style, not a modern design but it is beauty with their garden and river. Staff are friendly and food is nice. If you want go run away from busy life and relax, it is the best!

Resort has River View, brand new pool, all rooms with private balcony. Staffs are friendly and helpful, shuttle bus to town so comfortable! High recommended.

Wonderfull, large rooms. Perfect pool, also for children. Breakfast was nice, and the restaurant fine for evening as well. You can have a good cocktail by the pool in the evening,. Recomnendable. The staff is very helpfull.

Friendly and helpful staff. I drank tap water by mistake in Da Nang, got sick for 18 hours, but when we went to Hoi An, the staff here noticed I wasnt well. They came over, offered to help me get to the clinic for anti nausea medicine, and even had a man who spoke better english come over to speak with me. Very caring and nice staff! Also, BEAUTIFUL setting. The dining area is full of decorative wooden furniture which adds a lot to the ambience. Would love to go back one day.

My husband and l have come back to this amazing place 13 years after always wanting to come back. The Hotel has lived up to everything that we remembered from our fist time and even more, after 4 years of Cancer in our lives and 4 years of rebooking we finally made it and the managment and staff made our stay very special . The flowers in our room, the comfortable chair for my husband and our special dinner to celebrate re commiting to each other was magic. This is not your 5 star hotel but even beter as a boutique hotel with an amazing outlook fantastic pool and wonderful staff we would totaly recomend this hotel as like us you will just want to keep coming back 😊 Helen and Phil Shaw Australia 8/3/2018

Loved the riverside restaurant view and our private balcony overlooking the rice fields and river. The gardens were amazing, full of koi ponds and fruit trees.

This is the resort with river view. Staff are friendly, pool is new and clean. Garden has many coconut trees and mango. We will comeback definitive!

Amazing rooms, Great service from all hotel staff. Pool was kept clean and staff were very accommodating when it came to booking Taxis!
