Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort

This is the accommodation I chose for the second day of Hoi An. The facilities are very good for the price, and the swimming pool is about 20m long and clean to 80cm - 160cm deep for infants to adults to enjoy, making it perfect for playing in the water with my family. The water temperature is good when the sun rises, so it's not cold. The staff is kind and it's close to the Hoi An Night Market, so it's good for sightseeing

Great hotel. Staff are amazing very helpful. Has a luxury but cultural feel to the place. Pool beds are the most comfortable I have ever experienced!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location, pool, bikes, & staff were all top notch. It was great to have a relaxing, quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of old town, but also convenient to be less than a five minute walk away.
We did find the rooms a bit loud in the evening and would have liked something better than the instant coffee that’s provided with breakfast. Those were really small inconveniences for an overall wonderful stay. If we ever return to Hoi An, we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here for 4 days. Wonderful experience. White building with many palms. Beautiful pool which is a very good chill-out spot.

The location is good. Located in a small and quiet lane beside the river. Less than 10 mins by walk to ther old town and about 5 mins to the night market. The resort has bicycles that can be borrowed by guests.

The variety for breakfast is acceptable. Inside the room there are two umbrellas in the wardrobe. Very useful during the raining season.

Not bad for the price u pay it's quite central good breakfast and rooms. Clean and tidy we suggest upper floor rooms. Staff helpful. And laundry place across road / look for moi for good food

Probably the best stay in Vietnam so far. Perfectly located close to everything you need and want to see in Hoi An. Exceptionally friendly service, especially Tuan and the ladies at the spa. Breakfast buffet is great, as well as the pool setup and views.

The superb service by Tuan/Kelvin made our stay in Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort outstanding. When my husband became ill he arranged a visit to a doctor who spoke English very well and could make a good diagnosis with the ultrasound device in the doctor's office. We were back within the hour with all medicins needed! Our plans needed to be adapted and he helped with that as well. Next to the great service, the hotel has an excellent location and looks wonderful.

Located along the river and in close proximity to the old town. Free cycles available. Money exchange and bike rentals nearby. Lot of veg and Indian restaurants nearby

The hotel and especially Tuan (Kelvin) provided truly outstanding service during our stay. Actually they get 6 stars. Tickets for the shows, the best tourist info and very prompt medical assistance when I turned ill. Tuan arranged an appointment with a good general practitioner. I was back in the hotel with the right medicins in an hour! What a relief having the help of someone like Tuan when being sick abroad!

This is a very well -run establishment. The infinity pool looks on to the river and is a central feature of the hotel with a designated children's shallow end, so guests in rooms overlooking the pool will not need to set alarm clocks as children are early risers and love to swim! There is currently construction going on next door, so not terribly peaceful at the moment, but if you are in Hoi An, you should not be lollygagging around the hotel during construction hours! You should be out exploring every inch of this postcard beautiful place!

We had a great stay here! The rooms were very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the pool + view were lovely! We would stay here again.

Neat, clean place with a fantastic set of staff. Always smiling, always willing to help. Great location, not in the bustling zone, but just a walking distance to the old town and the night market. Lovely breakfast too.

What a magical place! So close to the action of the night markets, but super quiet once you enter the resort.
Free bikes were great and an easy way to explore the old town.
Rooms were great. Well maintained and private, with great views over the pool. A boutique hotel, with lovely gardens and well laid out space.
The staff are fantastic. We must make special mention of Maya. We were accidently overcharged, and she let us know as soon as they realised and dropped the money to our hotel by the beach. Absolute legend and so honest and an absolutely delightful staff member.
Highly recommend for a family or couple to stay here. You will not regret it!

The hotel is very clean, has big rooms, and an amazing pool! We loved our stay here because it is a quiet are, which has also an amazing view. You should ask for a pool view room. It’s a family bussiness, and all the staff is great. We highly recomend this place!

Stayed 7 nights , rooms lovely, clean, had river view and pool outside my door.
Great to watch boats go up and down the river. Staff friendly and very helpful with confirming tours, giving directions, ringing taxi anything you needed help with. You couldn’t have asked for a more perfect breakfast. Just a 5 min walk to old town and free bikes available.
Would highly recommend this resort.

Very friendly stuff. Smiling all the time and helpful. The place is beautiful with great pool. Each room has it's terace. It's situated close to center, but it's calm street near the river. You can easily exchange money over the street in shop.

Excellent hotel in Hoi An. Enough away from the crazy bit, and close enough to enjoy a short stroll in. Pool is fabulous. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Gem of a hotel in hoi an. Situated right beside the river, this Hotel is so well decorated with cottage styled rooms and lush green landscapes. It has a big pool and ample outside sitting places to relax. They served delicious breakfast buffet which is included in the package .One of the best stay while in Vietnam. Would love to go back again for a longer stay!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort. The staff was friendly, the breakfast options were great, and the river view was beautiful. Its proximity to the Hoi An night market was a bonus. Highly recommended!

It is well located and they are very kind. Why don't you stay here if you think you are planning to stay in Hoian.
