Museum of Traditional Medicine

Very cool - I would recommend going to see this one and it’s still relevant to how you could apply the medicines to your own life. And very interesting to learn how long ago all these medicinal techniques were mastered. Amazing.

This anchient two floors building provides information about traditional medicine in Vietnam, including kind of plants, tools to make the medicine, and the traditional medicine process. It was free to enter this building. But you have to wear mask for covid safety reason.

Nice little exhibition, but the best part was to have the house for ourselves so we enjoyed the building without the crowds found in the turistic ones.

This museum is absolutely one of the best in Hoi An, being able to explore the 2nd floor is a real plus and the building itself is just lovely. Relative to the other exhibits in Hoi An there is a lot more information available as well. The wax work figures are perhaps not entirely necessary but besides this it's a great little museum and well worth a visit.

Very interesting little museum located in a beautiful old building. Entry is possible with the regular combo ticket for the old town attractions.

Short and Sweet. Interesting to be in what way a "clinic" so long ago and see how it worked back then. You'll need to use one of your heritage passes to enter here.

This small museum is just opposite of the museum of folk culture. Besides some information on traditional Vietnamese medicine this museum is located in a beautiful old house. You will need a ticket to get inside, similar to the other attractions in Hoi An.

An interesting place with lots of information in English and realistically displayed tools and techniques

Worth it if you’ve already been to the temples and communal houses. The displays and explanations desperately need a refresh.
