Triem Tay Bamboo Restaurant and Cooking Class

Loved every moment; from shopping at the local market in the morning, to the boat ride, to the cooking and most definitely the eating! They were very happy to accomodate vegetarian dishes for us. And the meal was delicious. The instructor was very informative and friendly. They even were happy to pay for our taxi to and from our hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Taking this cooking class was the best idea we had in Hoi An. The market visit, which I thought I would loathe, turned out to be one of my favourite things. The boat ride to the restaurant was also awesome. The best part was obviously the food, which we really enjoyed cooking AND devouring. We would do this again in a heart beat! I would suggest going on an empty stomach, the food is plentiful.

Fantastic experience here. We're a family of 6 with kids from 9 - 14. Experience started with a tour around the market in Hoi An old town, then a 20 min boat ride to the cooking school where we cooked 3 dishes. Very clean and hygienic and everyone got to help prepare the food. One of our very favourite experiences in Hoi An - highly recommended.

We had a great cooking class here. Staff was super friendly, dishes we prepared were easy to make, yet delicious. We could ask anything and got great explanations. The location is at the river and we could choose to take a boat to get there incl sceenic views from the riverside. All in all an excellent experience which we can recommend to everyone.

The best food we have had in Vietnam so far, lovely boat ride, friendly and helpful, I think we will have no trouble making these dishes at home. Na is an amazing chef. I would go again tomorrow but have already eaten enough for two days!

Friendly and kind cook. Calmly situated kitchen open air. with garden besides a river. First bought ingredients at the local market (only with early cooking class). Meals were delicious and local. All in all lovely experience. Chef was very helpful with questions on ingredients.

The lady who runs the cookery school offered to cook for us that night, so we returned and she cooked a super meal for just the 2 of us, along with cookery tips and recipes.

Hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht. Wir sind zuerst auf dem lokalen Markt einkaufen gewesen, was etwas abenteuerlich, aber sehr lustig war. Anschließend sind wir per Boot zum Restaurant gefahren und haben da unsere Gerichte zubereitet und gegessen. Unser Guide war wirklich toll, sehr nett, hat uns viel zu dem Essen, der vietnamesischen Kultur und dem Land erzählt.
Also insgesamt ein bisschen Sightseeing, spaßiges Kochen, nette Gespräche und sehr leckeres Essen.

Lieux magiques, la cheffe est extrêmement pédagogue parle anglais couramment, cuisine délicieuse, merci pour ce merveilleux moment.

Byli jsme zde na Cooking lesson a jsem opravdu nad míru spokojený. Paní šéfkuchařka byla veselá a jednoduše nám radila,jak si uvařit všechny pokrmy....a to misto je opravdu kouzelne.
