Worst service ever. We rent a motorbike, they gave us a old one without breaks, after 10 km on normal roads the rear tire has gone flat. We tried to call them but no int prefix on receipt, we tried to send a message but they didn't received it. We left bike on the road, took a taxi, got back to the agency and they refused any refund also if we took it just two hours before. Don't use this agency

Bad Service!!!
We booked a flight to Dalat through the agency. They charged us for extra 10$ for baggage when the flight wasn't low-cost and the flight ticket already included the baggage.
We came after to cancel the flight due to low prices in the internet.
First, they told us that the cancelation fee was X, and 2 minutes later they changed the fee and increased it.
We had really bad experience with them, they weren't nice not kind and didn't try to come towards us. And the most important thing - they aren't reliable (they admitted they charged us for extra fee for the baggage without any cause..)

Booked easy rider to Hue, but weather was awful and typhoon so we tried to cancel but they refused to give us $30 back, even though roads were unsafe to use. Awful service, avoid like plague

Booked a bus ride to Danang train station. Bus dropped us off ~ 20 blocks away, pointed us and some others in the general direction and told us to walk. Would definitely recommend avoiding this company for any services.

Bad experience, rent a motorbike for 1 hour, tire run flat, no refund. First time I have been ignored this way in Vietnam.

Booked a bus to hue with camel. The pickup came 45 minutes late. Bus supposed to go at 8:00 but let 8:35. Not a good service
