WHITE CLOUD HOMESTAY HOI AN

My wife and I loved staying at May Trang Homestay. May Trang in Vietnamese means White Cloud. The staff was super excellent... especially Vivi. She made the stay wonderful. The rooms were super clean and the AC worked great once it got going. The location is awesome if you want a nice quiet place to stay on the island.

The pool was a welcome respite from the sun. There was a spot with sun and a lot without it. I suggest a third floor room if possible as they are the quietest but they don't have an elevator... so keep that in mind.

The price for beer and water is extremely reasonable and better than some of the local mini marts.
Laundry service was easy and same day if left with them early enough. Fresh towels were provided daily and room keeping was taken care of unobtrusively.

Another review talked about how being a young woman she didn't feel like she could use the pool because of the two men. One is the owner, and the other is the security guard. While I was there, they paid absolutely no attention to the other young women in the pool. That's not to say her experience or feelings are wrong. I think perhaps misplaced?

Overall, this is a great place to stay and if Vivi is working there, be sure to say hello each morning and ask for tips on where to go and what to do. She was able to give us great recommendations on what prices should be and recommendations on where to go.

This hotel is in an excellent location near the Ancient town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked our bus transport to Da Lat from the hotel and weren't happy with the quality of the bus company. The staff at White Cloud bent over backwards to ensure we were happy and to resolve our issues.
The room was very clean, which they cleaned each day we were there. We stayed four nights. The breakfast is also very good.

The best staff and homestay ever! They're so kind and willing to help you like no one else I've seen in Vietnam. And the homestay's so beautiful, clean and well located. Do not hesitate!

I was here for one night. The hotel is sooo clean. The breakfast was good. So near to the night market and far enough to the noise on the street. The owner was friendly.

Very nice homestay even with the flood caused by the typhoon they fixed us a boat to get out of the city... Great job

Nous sommes arrivées en panique à Hoi An sans logement et le personnel a été très accueillant!
On a pu rallonger notre séjour sans soucis!
Très bon emplacement aussi, c’est agréable de découvrir la ville en 10 minutes à pied!
Un léger petit soucis d’eau chaude lors de la douche, elle mettait beaucoup de temps à arriver mais au vu de la chaleur de dehors, ça posait pas trop de soucis!
Je recommande!

Hôtel très bien situé tout en restant assez calme. Chambre propre avec frigo et air conditionné. La gérante est très sympathique et serviable, possibilité de réserver des sorties et/ou des bus. Bon rapport qualité/prix/service

Excelente ubicación al lado del mercado callejero nocturno y la zona con mas ambiente de Hoi An, habitaciones nuevas y limpias con aire A/C y ventilador, minibar a precios razonables y buen servicio de los empleados.
