Gauva Garden Homestay

Indeed exceeds my expectations, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, completely amenities, my room on the first floor had a balcony. For a very affordable price. It's just few minutes walk from old town. The owners are very hospitable and really nice. Recommended for sure, for all travelers.looking for a place to stay here in Hoi An.

I was pleasantly surprised. Really big room and really clean. The room had a huge bed and a fridge. It was quiet in the morning. The staff is very helpful and nice. They let us keep our luggage there after checking out and helped us book a cheap taxi for the airport. It's walking distance to the old city. I would stay there again.

The rooms at Guava Garden are nicely renovated, with modern bathrooms and very comfy beds. The location is perfect - walking distance to the old town, but also close to local food places which are very affordable. The owners take every care to help you and and I think one gets more than what you pay for if you compare this accommodation to other places. Highly recommend Guava Garden! Just be aware that on Google Maps the name is misspelled as 'Gauva Garden'.

Large, clean, modern rooms. Quiet. Comfy beds. Located less than 5 minutes walk to the old town. Very cheap. Run by a very friendly family. Refilled my water bottle with filtered water so I didn't have to buy a load of plastic. Bikes for rent. Can't remember the exact price but bikes were less than 100,000vnd/day.

Hosts were extremely helpful and very nice! Rooms were comfortable and has A.C., as well as bikes for rent. Across the street is a local late night (2300) hangout that serves a variety of food/drinks. Location is approximately 15 min walk from main markets, tailors, and historical district.

Welcoming, warm service. Peaceful. Nice, modern and comfortable rooms. Easy walking distance to Hoi An's Japanese Bridge. Also a good choice of cafes, eateries and spas nearby. There is also a small market very close (as you come out of Guava garden, turn right then right again at the junction / intersection. The market is just there).

Lovely little homestay in Hoi An! The hostess was super friendly and the rooms we had were nice and clean. There was a bit of construction as the place next door was being renovated, but it wasn't too disruptive.

Owener is so kind. He is really concerned my pick up service late. Room is clean. Hot water pressure is super.

Fantástico!! La habitación está genial, todo muy limpio y nuevo. La situación está también muy bien porque no estás en todo el meollo pero puedes ir andando en unos pocos minutos. Pero lo mejor de todo es el matrimonio que lo lleva, son un encanto. Nos transmitieron mucha confianza y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. A pesar de no hablar muy bien inglés, te tratan de ayudar en todo. Espero volver algún día a Hoi An y quedarme en su homestay de nuevo :)

걸어서 올드타운 가기도 편하고,
룸컨디션 좋고 깨끗하다. 따뜻한물 잘 나오고 수압도 굿. 주변이 조용해서 쉬기 좋다.
발코니가 있어 신랑 담배피기 좋고 빨래 말리기도 좋다. 방에 미니바가 있으며 합리적인 가격에 이용 가능하다.
무엇보다 숙박비가 저렴하다.
매우만족!!
