Cozy Hoian Boutique Villas

It was the end of 2.5 Vietnam weeks - biking throughout Ninh Binh, hiking in the jungles at Phong Nah, caving expidition in Hang Va, raving new year in Hanoi and more - and we wanted a good restful Hoi An time before the long travel back home

We chose the Cozy for its location, just on the outskirts of Hoi An old town - close to the action but away from the noise

Then we realized what a great choice we made!!

Comfort, friendly, helpful, clean, tasty - perfect.

And lastly, on check out morni g we had to leave at 5.30 AM 🫣 - and as we walk out of the room we found two breakfast boxes ready for us 🤗

Tracy and Daisy are just amazing receptionists. 5* to both of them ;)))
Their advices regarding restaurants and local stuff to do were great.
I hope they get both some recognition because they really deserve it. Great customer service which makes a difference and good memories about our stay in the hotel.
Good and clean room with amazing bfast. Pity we couldn't enjoy the pool coz of the heavy rain 😔😔

This a beautiful hotel, decorated with excellent taste and located just a short walk from the old town. The staff is out of this world, extremely helpful and welcoming. They’d always ask you about your day and try to make your stay better. The rooms are spacious, pretty and the beds are really comfortable. I’d stay again here and would also recommend it to other people!

We are currently staying at cozy villas Hoi An. This is our third stay here and we truly would never stay anywhere else.
The facilities are great. Lovely room with special touches. Beautifully decorated with wall lanterns. Great pool. Delicious breakfast. Very clean and spacious.
The best thing about cozy is the staff. They are all delightful. We feel like family here. Staff genuinely care for you and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. They can take care of all your booking tour etc arrangements. Have lots of local knowledge and go above and beyond always. The staff here are dedicated and professional . We feel at home here and cozy villa is our family in Vietnam. We highly recommend you stay here for a wonderful, relaxing and cozy time. We will be back again.

The place is well located near the old town. They rent bikes for free that are brand new. They were actually the nicest bikes in town. We have been asked where we rented them because people couldn’t find bikes as nice. they have a light for biking at night and also a lock that is easy to use on each bike. You can even sit 2 as they are 2 seats and a place to rest your feet. You can easily go biking to the rice field and go to the beach from the hotel (by bike) the rooms are spacious , modern , with a touch of rustic look with wooden walls. The bed is clean and comfortable. the staff is friendly , helpful and very professional. Don’t hesitate to ask them for advise. Breakfast is various. I really liked the bacon that was crispy and well cooked.

Beautiful hotel with great hospitality. We were greeted by the welcome drinks and recommendations of where to go around the old town. Lyn (the receptionist) was especially helpful. She recommended us so many things and we are so grateful for her help! The breakfast was great with a variety of asian and western food. The room is spacious and our bathroom had a bathtub. They provide free bicycle for us and it’s just a short ride to the old-town. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of Hoi An.

We stayed three days and I must say that the hotel is beautiful and well presented. Great location near the river. The “hotel boutique” style is very nice and staff is welcoming and refer to you by your name all the time!! Friendly and as the name says, cozy. Rooms are extremely clean and rustic style. Amenities are convenient, they provide everything you need, from toothbrush to hair comb in a well presented wooden box. Attention to detail. The balcony in the room is big and you can sit and relax in the evening. The only negative comment is the noise coming from the construction site across the street but obviously it is a temporary inconvenience as they are building a new hotel. I highly recommend this Villa!!!

Rooms are cozy, just like the name. Pretty lanterns front door and small but cool pool inside.
Staff are just so friendly and helpful. They suggest the best places in town and act so promtly everytime I need some service.
I stayed at the villa during my Christmas trip. The whole town is crowded and noisy but not this villa.
I forgot to take picture of my room but it is nice. I am a big fan of the shower's design.
Everything is clean and clear, plus they offer free breakfasts and free bicycles.

Amazing place to stay in Hoi An! The staff is incredibly helpful and met us on our arrival to the Villas with a map in hand and plenty of incredible suggestions. Bike rentals are free and the breakfast juices in the morning were fresh and delicious (didn't eat much of the food there, but there were plenty of English food favorites). The room was spacious and luxurious, with plenty of needed amenities for our use. The location of the hotel is a few blocks away from Old Town, which looks suspiciously farther on a map than it is in real life. It only takes a 5 minute walk (or less) to get to town and it's a nice walk anytime of day. Stay here for a memorable time in Hoi An!

Fantatic service and relaxing experience. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable and large. The shower has good water pressure and assorted amenities are available. Swimming pool is long and deep, the breakfast is all right too. The best thing about the hotel is the service. They have recommendation for food, tour, tailor, and everything else you do Hoi an. They can also call in cab to my son or airport. Once you stay here, all your activities are pretty much sorted. 5/5

Super great place. Enjoyed our stay. It's a great deal for the price. It's a little off the beaten path but still close to Old Town Hoi An. The staff is very nice and helpful. We got laundry done through the hotel, dropped it off in the afternoon and it was done by morning!
Breakfast was ok. Coffee, tea, juices, eggs, bacon, sausage. These is also fruit and cheeses.
Room was nice and clean. Has everything you need. I would recommend this hotel not only for those on a budget, but anyone looking for a friendly place to stay.

We stayed here from Oct 13 - 17 on a 2 week visit to Vietnam. We were greeted at the airport by the Hotel driver who was very polite and professional. The Hotel arranged the pick up for us and even though we probably could have arranged a cheaper fare, I really cant put a price on piece of mind. We actually managed to get a flight that was 2 hours eariler than previously arranged and the hotel still managed to collect us without any hassle. The hotel is located 10mins easy walk from the Old Quarter of Hoi An. Bikes are also provided if you wish but we enjoyed the walk. The rooms are large enough with a spacious bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the linen a good quality. The AC in the room is powerful enough to keep you cool enough. There was an issue with the hot water taking a while to come through but the Hotel were quick to remedy this.

Breakfast was a nice selection of juices, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese, traditional Vietnamese as well as pastries and a cooked option. Good scrambled eggs!

The staff were excellent in every aspect of our stay. Their English is very impressive. They provided excellent recommendations of where to go, what to visit, restaurants to eat at and were able to book a terrace table for dinner during the lantern festival at short notice. They also drove us to our next destination near Hue with their driver for a fair price.

All in all this a fantastic boutique hotel that I believe is punching above its weight. Competitively priced in a nice location. Friendly and professional staff that take pride in their jobs. We would definitely return here and recommend.

Had a 3N stay at this cosy hotel. Staff are friendly, attentive and polite. They made us feel at home. I have been suffering from a shoulder problem and on the last day the lovely receptionist send the bell boy out to get me a medicated pad which she so kindly applied to my shoulder. What a lovely gesture.
The room was clean cosy and comfortable. It had all the necessary facilities needed.
Breakfast is a small spread but the fruits served were very fresh.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I would to ever visit Hoi An and I would not hesitate to recommend my friends too.

Why 5 stars... totally cosy and charming with a lovely team of friendly staff who couldn’t do more. We arrived early and they gave us a helpful intro to Hoi An, with lots of recommendations, whilst they rushed to get our room ready. We were 2 hours early so that was really appreciated. The room is well equipped and has charming little features. The pool is small but again lovely, with sun beds positioned in shallow water. 3 floors max and the building is kept in great condition. Couple of points to consider.... there is a lot of noise from 7am until 4pm with building work going on around the hotel. This is a good sign with the development of Hoi An and not an issue if you’re out exploring during the day. We came back at 4pm to chill by the pool and the noise had stopped. The hotel is a 10 min walk into town, which was pleasant and safe. You’re not in the action, which we thought was a good thing. Make sure you stay for breakfast... was lovely! For the price, you can’t beat staying at this local gem. Enjoy!

Hannah, Hellen and Kathy were extremely friendly and helpful. Hannah should get a raise. The hotel was splendid. The staff always made us feel comfortable. There is a nice pool, free bike usage and a really nice breakfast. The pillows were really puffy. The room was exactly as pictured online.

Great experience here. Everything as promised. Driver was ready for us at the airport when we arrived. Room was clean and secure. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast with a mix of western and Vietnamese options. They set up a tour to see My Son and our transportation to Hue. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had (and I have had many)! I came to Hoi An for a 2 day stay with my partner and we were overwhelmed by the kindness of the hostesses and staff members during our stay. We were always greeted personally (by name) and given such helpful information. The Tuong tailor they recommended is also amazing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to any family or friend visiting Hoi An. STAY HERE!!!

What an amazing place.... the staff is super friendly & helpful (we didn't forget you Vi 🤗). They have a lot of recommandation for the lovely town of Hoi An.
For every activity we wanted to do they have the best suppliers. This is definitely one of the best hotels we've encountered.
Also the hotel have airport shuttle service and they provide bycycle to stroll the city.
