Ivy Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights in 2 triple rooms. I had a room on the top floor which offered a good sized balcony which overlooked the street. The rooms are a good size, are clean, good air-conditioning with comfortable bed and nice fluffy towels. There is no safe in the room and the windows are paper thin so you can hear everything from outside, but generally at night the area is quiet. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the old town and has restaurants and shops close by along with several food stalls right on the door step. It's also not that far from the beach and it's very easy to order a grab or use the hotels rental bikes. We didn't opt for the breakfast as there's so much choices around the hotel. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Trang was kind enough to recommend a good place for leather goods and tailoring. The hotel also helped to arrange transfers to and from the airport. When we checked out they surprised us with a small gift of 2 pretty lanterns which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hoi an.

Great room, top view of the river and old town. Probably the best spot to watch the lunar new year fireworks.

Breakfast meals are decent and reception were helpful with all of the bookings and transport.

Great location walking distance to most things. And easy grab or taxi location.

Clean and modern hotel, helpful and friendly staff who speak good English. Western and local breakfast superb. Look forward to coming back again.

Really amazing experience! One of my favorite hotels in Vietnam. The location was amazing, right next to great restaurants and the Ancient Town, which is a must see. Trang was so sweet, she was very helpful and gave us great recommendations, and also helped us out to find a great location to get tailor made clothing.

The rooms were really nice, very large and spacious, and a western style bathroom which was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, just right! The view was gorgeous, it felt so festive every night looking out the window and seeing the lanterns on the water.

If you’re staying in Hoi An, look no further than Hoi An Ivy Hotel. 100% recommend.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ivy in Hoi An, Vietnam for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, including the toilets which were spotless.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful (Specially Lisa) and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the night market, ancient town and Japanese bridge, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel staff, especially Lisa and Nam, were fantastic and helped in every way possible. Lisa was especially helpful, going beyond expectations by assisting me with booking bus tickets and explaining the location of places. I really appreciate Lisa's efforts.

The breakfast included in my stay was worth every penny, and it was a great way to start my day. I would definitely recommend Hotel Ivy to anyone visiting Hoi An. Overall, I would give the hotel 4/5 stars based on my experience. Thank you, Hotel Ivy, for a wonderful stay!

Nice and clean hotel. Very nice staff, thank you for all your attention and smalltalk! Breakfast was good. Beds were good. Very nice to be able to use the free bicycles that the hotel offers. We'd love to visit this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice and we had a beautiful view of the lanterns and river. The trade off is that it can be a little noisy so you may want to bring ear plugs but I imagine most places in the area are the same.

Stayed here in Dec for a couple of nights. Not sure what I expected but it kind of was well above my expectation. Rooms were big and relatively well maintained. Beds are comfy; bathrooms clean and showers are great. Breakfast is copious, varied and decent quality. It's two min walking to the UNESCO heritage old town which is super convenient, you definitely don't want to stay inside if you appreciate some quietness. Also, taxi can drop you directly at your doorstep here whereas inside the old town there is no car policy. They offer transfer in the hotel, quite easy and inexpensive for Western standards. The hotel also rents bicycles and motorbikes for similar prices to everywhere else.

Cute and tiny hotel, clean , helpful staff , attentive service, free bicycles use. All walking distance Hoi An old town. Recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel deserves a praise for the cost and amazing location, ask for the rooms in the top floor, facing Ancient Town.

There could be some minor issues, but the location of the hotel beats them all.

Outstanding hotel with a spotlessly clean room and modern bathroom. Everything I needed was available (except that I forgot to bring my phone's charger, so it would have been even better if there had been USB charging facilities in the room). The aircon also worked very well and I could set it to a comfortable temperature. The television had a good choice of channels, including English programs. Breakfast at the hotel was also great and plentiful.

FANTASTIC HOTEL!!! Stayed here and extended our stay...our friends we met have swapped hotels to come here as well, we toured about a dozen other hotels and checked them out but this is toos. Central location, english & french speaking receptionist (Liza), brand new hotel with plush beds & great hot water. Chef Jack made us the best lunch we have had yet in Vietnam. We ate right in the lobby and thoroughly, thoroughly, enjoyed it!

Great hotel in a good location just out of the busy area, keeping it a bit quieter. Lisa who works at the front was incredibly helpful!

The hotel is just next to the Hoi An Ancient Town. Our room was clean, spacious, with a river view. Staff is super helpful and very kind. They can assist you with everything. Breakfasts were tasty. If you’re in Hoi An- stay in this place!

Such a lovely hotel. The location is perfect and everything is near by. The receptionist are very helpful and they make sure the occupants are comfortable. They also helped us with booking a taxi for the airport.

Great rooms and location! Jamie and Anna always ready to help out with suggestions or bookings. Short distance to the walking streets on both sides of the river.

It's a great hotel and affordable. Rooms are clean. The only downside is that there's no lift. Hotel is near Ancient Town amd the night market. There are also restaurants and cafes nearby.

Beautiful rooms and fully equipped, good food, staff very friendly, they memorize names to welcome guests every time we go out on.
the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the old town.
