Son Trang Hotel Hoi An

the host is super nice and friendly for introducing us lots of attractions around the town and providing a high-quality service. I'll definitely go to this hotel again as i visit Hoi An next time!!!

During my 10-day trip in Vietnam, I stayed at different hotels including luxury ones but Son Trang was definitely my favorite! The rooms are affordable. I love the ambiance! Feels cozy and homey. The rooms are very cute, too! As a solo female traveler, I highly recommend this place for safety. I felt safe even when I go out alone at night. The location was great, too. A few steps and you're in Old Town. Walking in Old Town can be very tiring tho so it was a big plus that they have bikes you can rent for free!

But the best thing about my stay here was the service. Everyone was sooo accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely hotel! The room was small but cute and clean and the bed was SO comfortable! Front desk staff was also very helpful! They arranged a last minute tour for me, handled my laundry, and got me a car to the airport for cheaper than Grab. The location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the nearby attractions but tucked away enough that it was quiet. You can also use one of their bikes for free! There’s no elevators though, so be prepared if you’re on the top 3rd floor.

Great location and very clean room. Staff were helpful. This place too have no lift so make sure if you are carrying heavy luggage you don’t stay at upper floor other wise you will have to carry through star.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. They provide excellent service in all areas. And they helped me with coconut boat package, AirPort pickup and Da nang drop with good decent prices. Looking forward to stay in future for sure.

A stone throw away from Hoi An's Ancient City, albeit with a good arm, Son Trang offers a wide street up front where one can easily exit and enter one's transport without having to be anxious of the chaos that is Vietnam's urban traffic. Lhong, the lady in charge of the receptions and bookings, has the genuine service mindedness that one can expect in the most prestigious of accommodations. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of her hometown were very assuring. She was so kind to our son that when it was time to leave, I knew I was fortunate to experience something real. Something that I will be nostalgic of and reminisce upon far into the future. Thank you Lhong!!! 😊

Had an incredibly pleasant stay here during the Hoi A leg of my trip. Room was generously spacious and the host + staff were helpful. Needless to say, the hospitality is unmatched. The property itself is in a prime location of ancient town, just a few minutes away (walking) from the markets, the hoi a river and everything you could possibly need. This will be my new go-to spot in Hoi An for sure. Thank you!

We booked for 2 nights but extended one more night because everything was so perfect. The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean. We used the bikes for free and therefore could easily explore the city of hoi an. With no doubt I would recommend this hotel!!

Amazing experience staying here. Nearby the centre of city. Provides alot of facilities. The host is extra caring and the place looks like a photogenic cafe. Totally worth it.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and look just like what shown in the website. The place is quite and really close to the old town, and the price is acceptable. They also offer free bikes (tho they are quite old), and also 160k VND of motorbike rent/day (a lil bit expensive but still fine).
They also offer pickup from Da Nang or you can book a ride to the airport at any time.
- Laundry is quite expensive, you could have laundry outside with half the price

This is a cute and clean little hotel in a great location with amazing service! The women at the front desk helped us arrange our domestic flights to our next two cities in Vietnam and the car from the hotel to the airport, all at cheaper prices than we found online or anywhere else. Given the very low cost of the hotel they didn’t really need to help us that much so it was very kind of them! They also give a free breakfast every morning from your choice of 9 dishes, and free orange juice, coffee and tea in the lobby. From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome as the woman working the front opened the door for us, warmly greeted us, sat us down in the lobby and served us some delicious fresh orange juice. Our hotel room had soap and all the necessities and a balcony. My only complaint is there was no elevator but if I come back to Hoi An I will stay here again! Also, a Hoi An local told us that most visitors to the region stay in Da Nang and just make a day trip to Hoi An. I think this is a mistake as Hoi An, although packed with tourists, is a very cute town with amazing food and they have beaches too!

its clean… cheap… and hommy… for you that want to stay at hoi an, you can try this hotel, its a 3 floors hotel and ferry nice vibes… verry good services… and they are good people here…
